  1. Those who fear Allah Most are the people of Knowledge. You never see them laugh much. But these people you see them making fun of the Salaf for amusement purposes where they expose their inner corruption. Imam Qushayri in His Risala quotes the great Imam and Friend of Allah Dhun Nun Misri RehmatUllah Alai that one of His Companions said he never saw him laugh except once when his son Ali died. When asked about it he exclaimed that he was happy with what Allah is happy with.

    Something to ponder on

He makes mockery of the ulama he claims to follow too:

"Wait I'll just ask Imam Malik...errr...its going thru to voicemail but i left a message!"

  3. Umar99

He also rejects the Ayn, evil eye, and states that "To reject it...is to honour the Prophet's message."

Then when presented with the Ahadith, he states "You clearly need to learn the distinction between Hadith and Sunnah.
Imam Malik rejects many sahih hadith in his Muwatta..this is the understanding of the school of Madinah"

His Q and A sessions are a must to watch, they are more funny than a comedy show, and he laughs as if he knows the evil he is doing by misguiding people.

secondly, who told him that we are scared of the rest of the hadith? i actually showed that the rest of the hadith is SaHiH as cited by bukhari. but anyway. as they say back home, it is like belting a sermon in front of a bull.

    ---
    misinformation and more FUD.

    ---
but first let us see what is ateerah far'a and rajabiyyah means. ironically, count dracula* himself cites the usul for halloween, but not for ateerah, far'a and rajabiyyah. let us help him. in sha'Allah. [update: he actually does, but in a way that is conducive to his argument.]

he says safeguarding (Taqwa) is paramount - and in the same breadth says it is NOT an argument in religion.

this is a mockery of religion.

he is himself urging us to call him a vampire or an evil spirit - look he is dressed as one and even talks like one ("goddammit")

if he wants to be called a mufti, he has to at least look and behave like a mufti. our brother aqdas sent me a tip early morning posted on jamia al-nur: the book Husn al-Tanabbuh lima warada fi't Tashabbuh.

download the book from here: https://archive.org/details/WAQ124981

this book is in 12 volumes - and of particular relevance in this topic are the following volumes:

chapter 11: prohibition of imitating the people of the book. [vol.7-8]

chapter 12: prohibition of imitating the fire-worshippers and other eastern religions (`ajam contextually is persia and beyond) [vol.8]

chapter 13: prohibition of imitating pagans and polytheists [vol.8-9]

chapter 14: prohibition of imitating impious, irreligious, unprincipled and characterless folk (fasiqin) [vol.9]
this chapter is further subdivided into fasiq mubtadiy and fasiq ghayr mubtadiy.

and in this is a sub-topic: on prohibition of a scholar imitating an ignoramus.

    ---
if he dresses like a punk and acts like one, why shouldn't he be called a punk? if you don't tell these people, they will continue to do this and common folk will think that it might just be a 'difference of opinion'. this is one of his pics. here is another. the bar is going down lower and lower.

it is said about imam malik:

when imam malik wished [to narrate/speak about] hadith, he would do wuDu and sit in a prominent seat, he would comb his beard and sat in a state of calmness and composure [waqar] and with immense dignity and solemnity. when he was asked about it, he replied: i like to show respect to the hadith of RasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam; and i do not narrate it except in a state of ritual purity. [taz'yin al-mamalik bi manaqib al-imam malik, suyuti, p37]

khayr, it is one thing to dress up in t-shirts and wear bracelets - but an entirely different thing to dress up as a vampire on halloween. or equating aqiqah with halloween.

    ---
the latest video only shows that mr.abu layth cannot read and i will ignore it. in sha'Allah, we will examine the rest of his post.

As a revert to Islam, I find this extremely confusing. Before reverting and looking back at when I would engage in these activities I could honestly say the severity of this fatwa is immense and could mislead a lot of people. From my experiences, nothing about Halloween is halal. People go around begging for candy, dressed as witches, shayateen, prostitutes, etc. One might say well my little girl is going to dress as a princess, one is still exposing their children to this environment. If a child grows up in this environment first it's going out trick or treating then it's going to Halloween parties when they're older. This is extremely dangerous. Witches will perform rituals on this day and Satanists will celebrate this day after fasting the month of October. To make such a day as permissible is dangerous to youth brother. I've seen it with my own eyes and experienced it. Could you possibly go trick or treating with your family and then say "Bismillah" before doing it knowing all the things you will see around it when this day is a celebration which engages in shirk I highly doubt it. I ask of you brother rethink this fatwa before this misleads many people.

Punk, Rockstar or Don, Let us for once answer him as a brother who is mistaken, I request members to refrain from name calling.

Let us see if he answers and acknowledges if he is proven wrong.

This idiot also claims death is not punishment for apostasy and such thinking is barbaric and inhumane, along with niqab being makruh and makeup outside being permissible, all this and much more stupidity can all be found on his facebook page which is nothing more than modernist propaganda, perhaps he is an agent for the kuffar to water down Islam?

which SaHiH hadith does this come from? if not, then why is it a pick and choose? use statements of scholars where it suits you, and scoff at it where you cannot prove your punk lifestyle?

the punk first insinuated that the hadith was invalid; and then cited the full hadith and attributed to abu dawud. well i don't mind if someone mentioned it without qualification and air of a hadith scholar, but if you have to act as one, at least practice the kazan-strasberg method for an 'authentic' touch.

interestingly, this hadith was mentioned by imam bukhari as mu'allaq (without mentioning the chain) in his SaHiH:

    bukhari taliq 2914.jpg

but the punk wants to shove his fantasies down the throats of gullible people:

who denounces the apparent ruling of 3 main sentences?

besides, which rule dictates that every portion, clause of the hadith should fall under the same hukm - totally accept or totally reject or totally open to interpretation?

hmm...is anyone else feeling déjà vu?

    ----
that much is about the isnad to show how shoddy his 'research' is. let us look at his argument now, bi tawfiqillah.

how is it 'most misquoted misrepresentated (sic) hadith of our era'? did anyone take a poll? how do we know about it being "most misquoted?"
    FUD.

as if mr.punk acts ONLY upon sahih mutawatir hadith. this is just another FUD.

    and a LIE.

'even accepted' would mean 'rejected' - particularly when people play with words and wish to sow doubts and insinuate.

actually, sakhawi said that one of the routes has a weak narrator, but there are other hadith which corroborate this one, that is there are shawahid for it. far from rejection, it is acceptance.

    sakhawi in maqaSid al-Hasanah, #1101

    mqsdhsn, 1101.jpg

    zarkashi in la'ali al-manturah fi aHadith al-mash'hurah, p101, #33:

    laali zarkashi p101.jpg

    munawi in fayD al-qaDir, v6/p105, #8593

    faydalqadir v6p105.jpg

in the above, munawi says zarkashi mentioned that it has a weakness; sakhawi said that its sanad is weak, but there are other hadith (shawahid) that support this; ibn taymiyyah said, its sanad is very good (jayyid), ibn Hajar (al-asqalani) said in fat'H that its sanad is fair (Hasan). Hafiz al-iraqi said its sanad is weak; haythami said: "this was reported by Tabarani in awsat, and in the chain is ali ibn ghurab, many have considered trustworthy (thiqah) and another group has considered him weak; however all other narrators are trustworthy (thiqat).

    ----
how best to attack a hadith than to show it as invalid, as he insinuates next:
    which means it is invalid.

note that this hadith is reported in ahmad, abu dawud, tabarani in kabir, via hadith of abi munib al-jurashi from ibn umar - and it is this hadith that has weakness. however, other evidence for this hadith comes in two hadith via abu hurayrah and Hudhayfah from bazzar.

so this hadith from tabarani does not have the other two clauses which cause mr.punk to heave and sigh...

    tbrnawsat, 8327.jpg

but wait, does abu dawud have this?

    abudawud, 4027.jpg

no. abu dawud does not have this addendum either.

please give the reference of this hadith in this wording in abu dawud.

those with gentle dispositions may find my example rather crude for their refined tastes. please excuse me.

see in jahiliyyah, men and women would circumbambulate the ka'abah naked. and since that original connotation of mushrikin and worship does not remain, as tawaf is now being done clothed, mr. punk can always adopt the custom of jahiliyyah that is not shirk; so the punk is free to go on a nudist beach for a holiday. [al-iyadhu billah]

Scary Evils of Halloween | Shaykh Monawwar

Halloween is a confused festival with origins in the Celtics, paganism (Samhain) and Christianity.
Partaking in halloween activites is forbidden for Muslims for a number of reasons:

Humour and ridicule is used to confront the power of death - so basically a mockery of death is depicted on this evening. It is unlawful for Muslims to make mockery of death as it is held as a principle belief in Islam.

Trick or treat is a forbidden practice as it involves begging for food or sweets. Children are encouraged to beg at people's doors. Begging for things in most forms is forbidden and only allowed under certain circumstances.

Tricks are usually mischievous and the number of crimes/incidents on this night is relatively high.

It is believed that evil spirits come out on this evening and the jack-o-lantern is lit up on doors and windows to protect against them. This has no basis in the Islamic faith.

Dressing up like satans and vampires is an evil practice especially when the idea is to protect oneself from the fairies and evil spirits.

Hence emulating such pagan and evil practices is unlawful for Muslims even for the purpose of fun. On this evening, Muslims should teach their children the importance of the ta'awwudh i.e. seeking protection from the Satan when we say A'oodhu Billah, the importance of Ramadan when satans are locked away and the relevance of death.

Children should also be taught that Allah Almighty sends the rewards of our good deeds to those Muslims that passed away and that trick or treat entails no form of good.

His spoken English is very poor making use of a very limited vocabulary, clearly someone who has a good hand at composing has written this filth.

If a learned response can be posted and disseminated with the intention to quell any misunderstanding that will arise from one reading this (insert appropriate word)
