apparently you have a different opinion from the masters of hadeeth.

to begin with, read AlHaadi alKaaf fi Hukm il-Diaaf by Imam Ahmed Rida alQadri

    available HERE.

you cleverly tried to put "/" between weak and fabricated; you thought it will protect you - nay it only exposes your ignorance; you do not know the difference between the rulings, and are trying to mix the two.

The Holy Qur'an will be READ even in Jannah and there are many references for that; and that it will also be UNDERSTOOD.

Indeed We have sent down an Arabic Qur’an, so that you may perceive. [Surah Yusuf 12:2]

do you have any such concrete evidence for any other language?

I can't see any knowledge in you, if you keep saying saw and saws. First learn to use the right address/salutation.

student of hadith is different than standard cut and paste from muhadithin.

i student of hadith has the capacity to analyse and reply where as standard cut and paste does not know why muhadith declared it weak/fabrication vs strong/sahih

just because the hadith is present in few books of hadith doesn't become authentic. using another weak/fabricated report to support another weak/fabricated report also does not hold any weight, that's why the statements of those who declared these hadiths weak and fabrication with explanation takes precedence.

we don't need to use forgeries and fabrications to prove manaqib of sahaba while you have several ayaat from quran.

even if the statement is true, but fabrication/forgery can you ascribe anything back to the Prophet saws ?
there is no solid evidence that Arabic is language of people of jannah.
Allah and His Prophet saw know best.

read sakhawi's and ajluni's text below who analyse the narration.

i am sorry. i am just a student of hadith and i am repeating statements of muhaddithin; specialists who have compiled and examined mawDu'at.

and hafiz al-iraqi actually used this hadith in his 'faDl al-arab' which i have cited below.

even if the narration/chain is not valid, the statement in itself is truthful.

i did not know you were quoting a severely defective and questionable hadith for manaqib of sahaba but i thought you were giving reply to

also can you cite few muhadithin who you say gave consideration to this hadith and on what basis, since those who classified it as weak or lie was based on the weakness of the narrators.

can you use another weak or fabrication report as a shahid for a weak or fabrication report ?

before we discuss that, spare a thought that this hadith is mentioned in mishkat and commentary by ali al-qari, who has also a collection of mawdu'at. that said, it is just a hadith on manaqib and by the way, sakhawi says that it has shahid in another narration, and it appears that he considers it weak.

ibn jawzi included it in his mawduat, true. but other muhaddithin have given it consideration.

and then there is ajluni's kashf al-khafa:

    Salam e masnun
    Brother, Abu Hasan,
You mentioned, "therefore, it is said: one who becomes a muslim, is an arab."

Could you give reference for this?
