Its very interesting and especially ironic of Ibn Adam "Kawthari" to use Dr. Ashraf Asif Jalali's situation and try to exonerate his elders. Considering he was clearly following the "Fadak/khata" issue very closely (as his own video indicates), he probably is also aware of this:
Like it or not, that mindset is becoming prominent even among other peer parast cults who claim to follow Maslake Ala Hazrat.
"So I am a very open minded person. And i accept the truth when it is presented to me. Especially from a God-fearing person. I have many teachers and I have learned many things from them. One of the things that I have learned is a very important principle: If a person says that: Allah has a physical body OR if a person says that Allah is physically present everywhere OR if a person disrespects the Prophet (Salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam) OR if a person believes that Allah has lied OR if a person rejects the consensus of the Ulema of the past 1400 years OR if a person rejects any of the necessities of Religion and faith then that person is a kafir HOWEVER, there is ONE important exception to this rule which prevents that person from becoming a kafir, and that is: The moment that person says that hes a Deobandi OR shows any reverance for any of the Deobandi elders, then such a person is absolved of any and all heretical beliefs and is a true believer by the consensus of the Ulema (of deoband). This is the plain truth that needs to be established so that people are saved."
This is what will happen when "Sunni" peers and scholars, wannabe awliyaa, behave like the boy who cried wolf, with guns blazing at each other over issues that don't impact Sunniyat. The awam won't be able to notice real wolves like these, tahir, and others. Sad result of our popular culture of ilm kum naare zyada.
And it was also a form of disrespect towards the Prophet (salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam) for mentioning that "his suhbah cant change a woman"
Around 16:00 min, he says regarding Junaid Jamshed's disrespectful words about Hazrat Aisha RadiyAllahu anha, that: "I actually feel that he didnt really need to make tauba"
he mentioned dr.asif jalali and that he mentioned 'khata' and another group jumped on him. etc etc. and then said: this is similar to what happened to deobandi elders and he mentioned four of them nanotwi, gangohi, khalil and asharfiyli. and that they said something it was ruled kufr etc. etc. classic befuddling.
If we apply ibn Adam's principle, then the result would be opposing the Messenger's statement (Salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam) regarding that individual who was perceived to be heroically fighting the kuffar alongside the Prophet (Sallahu alayhi wa sallam) and the Sahabah.
From 9:09 to 9:49 "Why would anyone, especially scholars, who spend their whole lives serving the deen, deliberately make statements of kufr and blasphemy? Do we think that they were just pretending to be muslims this whole time Its like, were they just munafiq hiding for 50 or 60 years of their life, teaching, studying, being an Imam, being a Muslim? So really inside they hated islam and they just deliberately committed disbelief or blasphemy? You have to look at someone's entire life. Their track record. What they said, or the statement, the written statement, has to be understood in light of their whole entire life." ....Why would someone who is a 'sahabi,' fight alongside the Prophet (Salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam) against the kuffar in Hunayn, get wounded in battle, and then die as a kafir...?
using the khaTa episode to rationalise devbandis filthy aqaid. don't think that we are as dumb as your devbandi sheeple. on second thoughts, you are doing this because your followers are dumb and they won't recognise the magician's trick. ibn adam shamelessly peddled the lies of khalil saharanfuri when he translated muhannad and now trying to be oh so nice... we have not forgotten that. your time will come in sha'Allah.
a brother forwarded me. watch after 37m. using asif jalali's case to sneak in deobandi elders. false equivalence.
