The intro including the hadith about the 73 sects is not part of the MATN , I presume the MATN starts from page 8 of the pdf?

May Allah preserve the Ulama E Ahle Sunnah and enable the Awaam E Ahle Sunnah to meet the Ulama half way, ie both Ulama and Awaam work and correspond with eachother.

The course tutor Mufti Muhammad 'Abdus Sam'ee began his studies at a young age with the tradition of reciting Basmala with the Grand Shaykh al-Qādi Muhammad Sādiq al-Bakri al-Siddiqi rahimahullāh of Gulhār Sharif. Mufti Muhammad 'Abdus Sam'ee completed Hifdh of al-Qur'ān with Qari Fadhl Hussain Siddiqui and studied Tajweed with Qari Ismaeel Hussain. Upon completing the memorisation of the Qur'ān he studied the traditional texts of Dars al-Nizami in completion, under his noble father Mufti Muhammad Faazil Bandyalvi. Mufti Muhammad 'Abdus Sam'ee has also studied under the great teacher and Imām of Sarf and Nahw Ustādh Hāshim 'Ali and Ustādh al 'Ulama Ata Muhammad Mateen Bandyalvi. He also benefited from the classes of Ustādh al 'Ulama Shaykh Ghulām Muhammad Tonsvi rahimahullāh. Mufti Muhammad 'Abdus Sam'ee always stresses upon the importance of continuing to seek knowledge and continues his studies under Shaykh al Hadith Mufti Muhammad 'Asadullāh Noori. Heralding from a household decorated with 'ulema, Mufti Muhammad 'Abdus Sam'ee has also benefited from his noble uncle Mufti Muhammad Aslam Bandyalvi.

Mufti Muhammad 'Abdus Sam'ee now serves the religion in numerous roles. He is the Imām and teacher of Islamic Studies at Central Jamia Masjid Madni Halifax, the Khateeb of Jamia Masjid Hanfia Bradford, and Principal of Rabia Institute.
