    I'm happy with that:)

regarding the Mukhtasar, what will be the process in obtaining it in countries apart from the U.K? I would very much like to get it marketed in Cape Town, though it is majority Shafi'i, there is a substantial Hanafi population here. I can send whatever marketing material that you have available to a number of imams of masjids.

I suggest we wait for the Mukhtasar al-Quduri to be out - due some time this month - and follow that pattern in its glossary. Sure to be a good one because the Quduri deals with issues from worship to inheritance, crimes to purity, and the glossary ought to be good. Can we wait?

Is it possible to setup a STANDARDISED arabic transliteration pool of key words, fiqh terms, names, etc..that we could dip into whenever the need arises?

And maybe, we could also have a glossary of fiqh terminology, ahadith, etc...[if there is one such as this within this forum, could someone please point me to it?]

any of us can just add these into a thread [could be this one] and those with the correct grasp of arabic and fiqh could then correct us [if need be]...it's just an idea that i have based on my own experience when trying to put articles together.
