maybe the question about the angles but the other question is out of genuine concern for my akhirah sidi.

See on one hand there is a danger of saying what the misguided dehlawi said, that the blessed body of the King of Messengers (peace be upon him) has disintegrated and vanished (we seek refuge with Allah from stretching our tongues against the honor of His beloved(peace be upon him) and from the mischief of those whom their nufoos and the devils incite to mischief and evil) and on the other hand I see the clear text by Mawlana Amjad 'Ali a'azami ('alayhirrahmah) which was actually the one that I read first and took the apparent meaning. you see my dilemma.

please wait, you'll know when the time will come. answers to such questions won't benefit you in the akhirah, therefore why bother yourself when it doesn't concern you.

    salaam.

A friend just read to me a passage from the sharh of the book of aqida for beginners, Aqidah al-Awam by shaykh Ahmad al-Marzuqi. It states:

Sayyiduna Israfeel ('alayhissalaam) shall blow the soor twice. When it is blown for the first time all the creation shall perish except those whom Allah ('azzawajal) wishes to keep in existence and these are seven:

    1. al-'arsh (the throne)
    2. al-kursiy (the chair)
    3. al-lawh (the tablet)
    4. al-qalam (the pen)
    5. al-jannah (paradise)
    6. an-naar (the hell-fire)
    7. al-arwah (the souls)

this implies that all souls shall live even after the first trumpet is sounded.

from this can one say that since the souls of the anmbiya 'alayhimussalaam have been returned to their bodies, their bodies too shall be and when the trumpet is re-sounded they shall emerge from their graves without the need of the souls being rejoined to their bodies whereas other souls will be returned to their bodies after the bodies have been re-created?

    jazakAllah.

from the translation of Bahar by Mufti Muhammad Afthab Cassim Rizvi Noori:

Hazrat Israfeel (alaihis salaam) will be commanded to blow the ‘Soor’ The sound of the soor will be very low at first and it will then slowly increase in power. People will strain their ears to listen to this sound, which will render them unconscious. This will cause them to die. The skies, the earth, the soor and even Israfeel (alaihis salaam) and all the creation will cease to exist. With the exception of One Allah, nothing else will be in existence. Almighty Allah will say, ‘Whose Supreme Rule is there today?’ (Where are the Tyrants and the Arrogant today? None will be in existence to answer). Almighty Allah will then say, ‘It is only the Rule of One Allah, The Most Powerful’. Then, when Almighty Allah wills, He will cause Hazrat Israfeel (alaihis salaam) to rise again. The soor will be brought back into existence and Allah will command Hazrat Israfeel (alaihis salaam) to blow the soor. All the creation of Allah, the Angels, Jins, humans, animals etc. will come back into existence. The Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) will be the first to rise from his blessed Rauza-e-Anwar. He will rise with Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique (radi Allahu anhu) on his right and Hazrat Umar-e-Farouk (radi Allahu anhu) on his left. Then all the Muslims buried in Makkah and Madinah Shareef will rise. The Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) will take all of them with him and go towards the Plains of Resurrection.

The last ayah of surah al-Qasas: chapter28, verse88:

And do not worship any other God along with Allah; there is no God except Him; all things are destructible except His Entity; only His is the command, and it is towards Him that you will be returned.

I looked in Durr-al-Mansur and it quotes a couple of aathaar regarding it a few of which state that not all creation will be destroyed and one explicitly states that hell, paradise and throne shall not be destroyed.

But they also state that the angels will persish - so what is the perishing of the angles? they are not composed of body and spirit like the humans so whereas the human body perishes but the soul lives on what happens to the angelic being?

I asked a hanafi mufti sahib and he replied that the souls of humans will never perish and they will perceive the proclamation of Allah (The Almighty).

    ----

sidi Aqib this from your translation of kanz:

[Zumar 39:67] And they did not realise the importance of Allah as was His right; and on the Day of Resurrection, He will compress the lands and the heavens will be rolled up by His power; Purity and Supremacy are to Him, from all what they ascribe as partners.

[Zumar 39:68] And the Trumpet will be blown, so everyone in the heavens and everyone in the earth will fall unconscious, except whomever * Allah wills; it will then be blown again, thereupon they will get up staring! (*Prophet Moosa and / or some angels).

you have not mentioned the souls here in the exception - so can you please look into it and give a definite reply?

(my urdu is hopelessly poor and it takes me a great deal of time to go through the tafaaseer.)

the hadith that I am referring to - can be read on this wahhabi website.

I see that it doesn't mention that everything will perish.

    jazakAllah.
    Wassalaam.

[Ambiya 21:104] The day when We shall roll up the heavens as the recording angel rolls up the register of deeds; We shall make him similar to Our making him the first time; this is a promise upon Us; We certainly have to do it.

Tafseer Noor ul Irfaan and Tafseer Mazhari both state that it is regarding the re-birth of a person, in the same manner as he was born (naked, without circumcision).

This is from Kanzul Iman and tafsir khazainul Irfan, surah21 verse104:

جس دن ہم آسمان کو لپیٹیں گے جیسے سجل فرشتہ (ف۱۸۵) نامۂ اعمال کو لپیٹتا ہے ہم نے جیسے پہلے اسے بنایا تھا ویسے ہی پھر کردیں گے (ف۱۸۶) یہ وعدہ ہے ہمارے ذمہ ہم کو اس کا ضرور کرنا

The Day when We shall roll up the heavens as the angel Sajil rolls up the record of deeds. As We made it, first We shall restore it. This is a promise on Us; We shall necessarily do it.

    Tafseer:

so, will the entire creation become 'kal-adm' before the second trumpet is sounded or not?

salaam. Does this mean that after the first trumpet is sounded the arwah and the bodies will not become non-existent and when our Almighty Creator shall proclaim:

"I am the King, where are the kings of the earth"

some creation will still be in existence which will hear it?

    jazakAllah.
    wassalaam.
