thanks mubeen. ks -- i looked into the courses in the syllabus and it was actually very beneficial and useful knowledge for any imam or wannabe imam wishing to preach in the UK. i think it would be a good idea for our top ulema to learn english and attend tbh. then they would be in a even better position to tackle the objections by the deviants..
a related question: is there any place (in the UK) where a mature adult can study traditional islamic sciences? if not in the UK, where is the best place to go to become an alim which has no age limit?
