Huzur Shaikh ul Islam on TuQ

This time a video. I think its high time some ashrafi sent a detailed istifta to the Sayyid requesting an official fatwa on the lines of the FUREC one. He said, "mufti mutiurRahman has said that takfir of a Sayyid by another Sayyid does not carry weight AS LONG AS BOTH ARE UPON TRUTH ". I don't know if such a fatwa exists, but the amusing thing is that this guy completely ignored the qualification "AS LONG AS BOTH ARE UPON TRUTH" and said that though he considers Madni Miyan as the final authority he does'nt accept this fatwa! And after the above video he says, look, Madni Miyan doesn't consider TuQ as kafir but only gumrah, so do i. When i said that Madni Miyan might be unaware of TuP's kufr and that the FUREC fatwa gives a fair idea about Madni Miyan's principles, he goes: "but that fatwa's between Sayyids, remember?" !! I spent two fruitless hours trying to make him agree on the principles atleast, he didn't budge. I see that a cornerstone of TuP fans' arguments is that, "Oh but shaykh xyz supports him and Sayyid Fulan doesn't call him kafir and Mufti pqr has attended his abc program etc. etc. ad infinitum". They're demanding an IJMA for TuP's takfir, till then its all darkness, Good Night ! )

 

Khalid Miya is a lackey of FUREC. Nobody to be taken seriously.

As far as I can deduce Hazrat Madani Mian has not issued a fatwa but based their opinion of Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri on the research of others (which is open to debate and interpretation).

Brother, I don't know who Sayyid Khalid Ashraf is. But the way they spoke of him it seems he is family.

I think it would be great if someone could get a detailed video-statement from Hadhrat Madni Miyan. Anyone from kichhochha?

 

And besides when TuQ is giving money to volunteers then no doubt those who support and endorse him will be well looked after - its a sign of the times when muslims including supposedly senior scholars can easily be bought.

 

Sayyid Khalid Ashraf will do as he pleases - the less said the better. He is not a scholar of any standing

Reason: Sayyid Khalid Ashraf is hosting TuQ in Mumbai. How come Hadhrat hasn't stopped him?

Tajush Shariah sahab calls him a kafir murtad - @ 15:38 he says "us key kufr'o irtidad ke alawah" (apart from his kufr and apostasy).

akhi al-karim this is your statement about the shaykh, and i don't think it is correct, and would believe that he won't agree to call him just a sullah kulli, though he said it in the phone call but it was just a phone call and not a fatwa and if the shaykh is aware of the latest developments and it seems that he is then his fatwa would certainly be very different, true that it is not obligatory upon him, however his fatwa would certainly be an awakening call for masses.
anyway, May Allah Subhanu wa Ta'la increase his ranks, give him sihah, and benefit us from his knowlege (ameen).

 

first - if the recording of the phone call was made public without hazrat Madani Mian's permission than it was very unfair, and dishonesty.
second-i agree with you but if a grand mufti and a well known aalim issues a fatwa than it makes a big difference.
third- peace brothers, i didn't mean to belittle Hazrat Madani Mian hafizahullah.
