Prophets are brothers?

    Are Prophets considered to be each other's brothers?

    If yes:
    -what does this exactly mean?
    -is allowed to say: the brother of Sayyiduna RasoolAllah ﷺ, Sayyiduna Musa aleyhis salaam.... ?
