his reply to 'ashidaau 'alal kuffar': that command was only for those kuffar who were obstructing the Prophet (peace be upon him) and he conveniently forgot to expand on 'ruhamaau baynahum'.

his reply to 'wla taqumu 'alaa qabrihi': same as above.

his reply to 'Allah will forgive all sins except shirk': maybe it's just a threat and Allah('azzawajal) doesn't really mean it! pardon to kuffar being jaiz-'aqli.

saying 'rest in peace' to non-muslims is fine, because it is not a du'a (!!) and like muslims, even unbelievers actually find peace after death!

his 'shaykh' told him that serving a non-muslim old man is better than serving a muslim old man because in the former case you are only doing it for the sake of God.

the Prophet(peace be upon him) borrowed flour from a jew instead of the sahaba (ridwanullahi'layhim) to show that it's allowed to have such 'strong/intense' relationships with unbelievers.

for none of the above verses or ahadith did he care to give references from classical books, just his 'take' on things.

May Allah('azzawajal) guide and protect us all from deviance.

    wassalaam.

it all comes out in the QA - which begins somewhere after 01:05:00. He says that Non-muslims can be saved even though he acknowledges that there is clear textual evidence to the contrary. besides using this incident for support and giving it his own illogical interpretations.

    something along these lines.

Anyone knows if this shaykh is a proper sunni or not so I can include his videos in the Resources section:
