Muslims should ask themselves: is this how a Muslim scholar should behave? If a staunch kafir promotes texts in which rasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam is insulted, we have violent protests but when a Muslim scholar does the same, we let it go. We hate the kufr of thanwi and rush-die for insulting rasulAllah but we excuse hamza for promoting a book that has even worse insults. We are so personality oriented. We should never worry about upsetting someone due to our standing for principles. We should worry about what pleases and angers rasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam. I'd rather upset the whole world and please only rasulAllah than vice versa.
