These are fantastic books that destroy the deobandi arguments. I wish that they could be translated especially Mufti Sharif ul Haq's work.

the former (deobandis) did not show up. Hazrat Hamid Raza and the Sunni Ulama were present.

chiming to the classical tune of deobandī deceit, FaySlah Kun MuāZarah is a portmanteau of lies and drama. i first read this translation upon its initial release; the translators really tried to sooth the tone of the blasphemers' blasphemies.*

    ----------

both the aforementioned work and the Muhannad have no credibility so far as traditional taHqīq is concerned, but both try to absolve the deobandī heresiarchs of their crimes against the religion with verbose premises that lead only to:

'boo hoo, AHmad Razā lied and did takfīr of us. nothing of the kind exists in our books.'

the curse of Allāh be upon liars.

    ----------

notwithstanding my previous comments, our scholars refuted this book; namely:

    1. ajmal al 'ulamā muftī ajmal sanbahli - he refuted tandvī, nomānī's lame interpretations and other deobandī antipathies towards sunnīs, in his work Radd e Shihāb e Thāqib

    2. muftī sharīf al Haq amjadī - he refuted nomānī point by point in his work Sunnī deobandī ikhtilāf ka munsifāna jāi'za

    ----------

    Allāh knows best

    * despite the massaged translation, the massaged passages of their elders are still vile. no Muslim would ever think about saying such things

This was actually the speech of Manzur Nomani which he wrote ahead of the "supposed" debate with Mawlana Hamid Raza Khan in Lahore, when the latter never showed, the author published it in al Furqan, then in the form of a book entitled "Faisla Kun Munazzara".

Without being biased, the writing and translation is impeccable, its just a shame (for the deobandis) that the content is all wrong, for instance, he states at the beginning that Alahazrat did takfir first and foremost of Ismail Dehlwi... erm... sorry to burst your bubble but he didnt. The author attempts to defend all the kufriyaat of all the contentious deos in Alahazrats time and doesnt give him credit anywhere, according to him, Alahazrat had an agenda from the very offset and was known to do takfir, the reality is, Alahazrat a young Sunni Alim in his 20's was refuting the "Great Deobandi Elders" who were well in their prime. In terms of refutation there are loads, a refutation of Qasim Nanotvi and all the points which he mentions in this work in his defence, read Shaykh ul Islams work: "Khatme Nubuwat aur Tahzir un Naas".
