If a person eats 10 mangoes in a row, he will suffer loose motions - unless he has the body of a giant.

The problem with these western soft drinks is that they do not disclose all the information on the cans (especially the ingredients / formula): they are one of the biggest sources of obesity and its related problems.

those containing artificial sweeteners (eg aspartame) fool your body by making you feel full (thereby taking away your appetite) and causing low blood sugar.

if you eat 10 mangoes, you are getting the same amount of sugar! it is natural sugar though, and the glucose in Coca Cola could be natural too. no much of a difference there, and people do eat 10 mangoes in a row. And if you drink 2 big cups of coffee, you get more caffeine in you and this caffeine is a natural ingredient as well [ designed for your body to handle ]. Now, i say, that anything overdosed, even if natural, can harm your body, like taking the calcium and zinc away needed for bone growth especially in the kids. This is the message the flyer is trying to convey, very typical. But, i believe the bigger danger is still being sidelined. i am not accusing the flyer for not being truthful. The prime effect is not being spoken about, and that is the long term damage [ and the real damage! ]. The flyer hinted to that danger by mentioning the words " artificial sweetners". i call it the slow death.

This is the reason why Coke is known as junk food, or any other junk food is known as junk food. You can get it in chocolates, or at Mc Donalds. It is the artificial chemicals. It includes flavours, colours, and preservatives. Coke has the compound "high" fructose. You have similar compounds in processed food you wouldn't imagine to have, for example, bread at ASDA [ walmart in the UK ] !!!

They make most breads with "enriched" wheat flour. These are NOT natural ingredients. They are procesed chemicals not for our bodies. I say, make roti at home, whole wheat old style.

It is present in National Powders for Biryanis, Haleems, Niharis, Palaos, and it is present in other indian powders that people buy like Sambhar.

    No different with Pepsi.

or any other "soft drink" such as Sprite (except for the caffiene part).
