"Bismil Laa-hir.Rahmaa-nir-Raheem""Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil 'Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu 'Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma 'een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)
    Muraqaba
For beyond the veil of the self is the imminent Presence of God, it is only through intentful, mindful, meditative spiritual practice that God is to be found.
The reality is that the Divine Presence cannot be found except within. And so, the journey is inward, away from the world and towards God, from the manifest to the unmanifest, from form to formlessness, from the seen to the unseen.
Our souls existed in a state of subsistence in the Presence of God. Having been originally created in Paradise in a state of innocence and purity, in fitra, we have as our journey now to seek to return to Heaven, to the primordial state of bliss and grace. And this then completes the journey, from God back to God.
    Islamic Meditation Step-By-Step
Meditation is meant to lead to a sublime state of surrender and peace, and this is the very
meaning of Islam. Be Consistent and Set a Time and Place for meditation. reading quran and understanding it, is also a type of muraqaba. The ultimate goal of Islam and Islamic Meditation is to live each and every moment in Presence.
    1. Perform Ablutions-- offer two raka’ah for Tahiyaatul-Wudu.
    2. Make Intention/niyah- Based on what you have learned and what feels appropriate, make an intention, niyah. For example, you might say, “I intend to sit here, now, in this place and allow my soul toincrease in Divine Light and spiritual energy.”
    3. Sit--Sit in a position that is comfortable, but be mindful of your posture
    •Jalsah/tashahud – an excellent position .
•Cross-Legged/adab-commonly the most comfortable position. You may use a wall or
other vertical surface to support your back in an upright position.
•Lam-Alif Position-where your legs are crossed but your feet are resting on your knees.
    4. Open Your Hands-Use any which feelscomfortable and appropriate at the time
•Palms Down- Your hands resting palms facing downwards on your legs(relaxation)
•Palms Up- Your palms face upward while resting on your legs(drawing and attracting spiritual energy).
•Allah-Hu Position- Thumb and index finger are joined, connected, forming mirror images of the phrase Allah-Hu(conducive to spiritual unveiling and gnosis) and may be used with either palms facing up or down.
    5. Relax
Begin to consciously relax. Recognize that you are now entering a Divine Presence, a
Holy Space, and that by fully surrendering, you will be blessed with Good and Grace.
    (Gently let it go).
    6. Breathe
Allow thoughts to fade, and simply stay with your breath.
    Forms of Islamic Meditation
    1. Tasbih/Zikr- Done in a state of relaxed meditation and focus. Reciting darood o salam, surahs ,astaqfar, asma ul husna etc etc . you will progressively develop deeper and more fulfilling breath. The more you practice breathing consciously, the more you will exist in a divine state of surrender and submission.
    2. Muraqaba- we enter into stillness, silence, pure presence and awareness. This is sublime.
Muraqaba trains one for this ultimate stage of freedom and nonattachment.
One progressively transcends the self, the ego, and enters increasingly into a state of Divine Presence and Peace.
Higher state of consciousness begins to operate (its in the heart rather than the mind).
Traveling from self to God. Ultimately, one leaves the self behind completely, and fully enters the Divine Presence, becoming subsistent therein.
Simply sit. Keep your attention on your breath .Observe thoughts. Simply watch them. Do not judge, do not comment, do not criticize. Simply Be.
And as the ego dissolves, all illusion dissolves. The veils upon the heart, separating you from the Divine Presence, dissolve.
Ultimately, what happens cannot be said. It is to be experienced in a state of total awe and
wonder, beauty beyond description. And the proper practice of Muraqaba is the key.
    3. Taffakur
Taffakur helps in changing our thoughts and beliefs.
    Taffakur purifies intentions/niyyat .
Taffakur is nothing but thinking intentionally ,constructively ,purposefully and positively.
When you do this, much which the soul wants you to know will begin to become known.
1.Contemplate and Reflect---Simply sit and allow to emerge what will. To analyze thoughts in the light of truth(by god’s grace). Resolve it. If you consciously examine the thoughts you will not fear or doubt
    2. Think and Affirm-- Think about your thoughts. Choose thoughts that help you and serve you rather than thoughts that harm you and disempower you.
Fundamental thought is kalma -la ilaha illalaah muhammadur rasoolallah (saws)
(it will guide your thinking from going astray).
Only positive thoughts are real, because only God is real, and God is Good.
Negative thoughts /realities are creations of human beings/self manifest false and bad.
    4. Murabita/Rabita
Meditation transcending time and space to cultivate a spiritual relationship with the Prophet (S) and his spiritual inheritors, the true and sincere Scholars, the real Ulemma, or literally “they who possess knowledge.”
Develops a spiritual connection unlocking the secrets of the soul and its limitless potential to transcend both time and space.
Increase in spiritual knowledge, sincerity, humility, piety, wisdom and understanding.
Most powerful form of progress is through association, absorbing and learning from one more advanced.
Simply sit and make the intention that you are connecting your heart to the heart and presence of the Prophet (S), and in doing so, that you absorb from his be-ing, his personality and beautiful character.
Convey salam/greetings and then take permission to get connected .
Spend a few moments connecting your heart to the soul and presence of the Holy Prophet
(S), or to a pious inheritor, a Waliullah, a “Friend of God.Expect to be dressed with his beautiful character, wisdom, understanding and nearness to God by virtue of your association or companionship with him.
Ihsan /spiritual excellence----in which one is continually aware of the Presence of God.
1.Breathing /pass n pass meditation take allahu (inhale) and allah (exhale)
2.While walking think my destination is allah .realize that you are walking in Divine Presence.
3.Eating—think it is to gain energy to worship allah. finding a deeper satisfaction in eating less.
    4.Zuhd /Islamic Asceticism—freeing from worldly attachments.
When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)
Make sure you forward this to others .

"Bismil Laa-hir.Rahmaa-nir-Raheem""Al-Hamdu Lillaahi Rabbil 'Aalameen was Salaatu was- Salaamu 'Alaa Sayidinaa Muhammadin wa Aalihi wa Asabihi Ajma 'een (tauheed- risalat- ahkirat and islam-iman-ihsan)
    Sufi secret (soul-ruh treatment)
    Treatment
Man is supreme because 1.Blessed with senses 2.mind 3.free will 4.knowledge 5.soul in the body
How to activate trust center of the personality(immanent and transcendent)? By doing zikr (repeated remembrance of the Supreme Name of God).
Spirituality = guidance for upper part of the body(senses) and control lower part(belly and private parts) of the body.
Upper part of the body – senses +brain(mind)+heart (angelic if properly used)
Lower part of the body- belly + sexual organ (temptation and lust-animal/hywani if not checked )
Fasting---Control of the passions and desires of Nafs ---regular training and practice for a disciplined life. --- creates humility in one's behavior--- generates a devotee's spiritual force which kindles divine light in the heart and develops will-power.
Don’t think much about time place or direction (feel free from all of this).
Allah is unity -----. Unified Place, Time and Essence are the Divine Silence.
Unified Place ='placeless' Place which opens onto Infinity('Here' becomes Infinity/ endless 'There)'.
Unified Time='timeless' Time which opens into Eternity(la shay/no thing).
Unified Essence = Your just an entity of allah’s manifestation.
Tahaarat-e-Zaahir = the purity of the body, without this salat/prayer and all other devotional rites are not permissible or acceptable under the law of Shariat.
Tahaarat-e-Baatin = purity of heart and spirit without which no Marifat can be attained. arrogance ,pride etc etc are veils on the spirit.
Muhasaba- Every evening he should examine his heart as to what he has done to see whether he has gained or lost in his spiritual capital. there is a sixth sense, or faculty of perception, implanted in the heart, which animals do not possess, through which we become aware of spiritual beauty and excellence
Enter into bayat with a master (receives spiritual initiation from him). (1) confession and (2) compliance with the master's guidance.
Prayer by itself cannot eliminate the imperfections and compulsive tendencies of the novice/murid. Prayer awakens the "heart" but needs spiritual will (himmah), effort (mujāhadah), and meditation (murāqabah) on one's tendencies to heal one's sick soul.
Healing sick soul is by 1.bayat ( confession and compliance with the master’s guidance) 2. prayers(awakens the heart) 3. needs spiritual will (himmah), effort (mujāhadah), and meditation (murāqabah).4. The spiritual diet is also essential to keep the soul alive(zikr)
Recitation of the Holy Quran---1.increases the state of conviction of the believers 2. actually purifies and cleans the heart/soul when they are rusted(society (external factor) and ideas (internal factor)) 3.knowledge (based on belief)differentiate between good and evil, desirable and undesirable, and wanted and unwanted.
Pray for purification of heart and soul while taking zamzam (Prophet’s (saws) heart was washed with zamzam) .
knowledge ---aims at enlightening the hearts, minds and souls of the mankind
Purification of soul and heart + knowledge (sharia +marifa) =divine infinite knowledge of Allah
Knowledge without purification of soul and heart = arrogance (like in case of iblis)

    UNDERSTANDING TAWHID –HAQQ-ANAL HAQQ
    1. WHAT IS TAWHID ? (one /ahad =la sharik)
The Unaccountable One with arithmetical Unity. No definition nor counting nor beginning nor end touches Him.
The Tawhid is an attribute of the created subject who pronounces it, and it is not an attribute of the Object professed as one.
The profession of Unity of the One are in Him and from Him.
His existence is a marvel since He is removed from existence. He alone knows Himself, Master of Majesty and magnanimity. Creator of souls and bodies
    Transcending all dependent things .
The Essence is not without attributes . contingent is not an attribute of Allah.
Glory to Allah who is holy and by His sanctity inaccessible to all the methods of the gnostics and to all the intuitions of the people of revelations .
    2. WHAT IS HAQQ/TRUTH?
Haqq/truth is just one of the divine attribute.
The Truth (Al-Haqq) itself is none other than the abode of Allah not necessarily Allah.
Both Truth and what is unreal cannot emanate from the Essence of the Essence. His Essence is unique.
The Lord does not enter into conversation except with His own, or with the friends of His own.
Allah must chose him for revealing his reality
    “I ”-ness is a s ubject
Eye of your heart must feel his presence(their shouldnot be any image/form in your mind)
The Tawhid is therefore an assimilant(obsorbtion/fana).
"there is no blame on you if you unintentionally do a mistake."(quran)
"O Our Lord, do not take us to task if we forget or make mistakes." (2/286)
The creatures are the external manifestation of the Creator, and Man is God's consciousness (sirr) as revealed in creation. But since Man, owing to the limitations of his mind, cannot think all objects of thought simultaneously, and therefore expresses only a part of the divine consciousness, he is not entitled to say Ana ’l-Haqq, "I am God."
So reality is reality and the created is created.
He(man) is a reality, but not the Reality(god).
Do not identify ‘I am’ with the divine ‘I ’
"In that glory is no 'I' or 'We' or 'Thou.'
'I,' 'We,' 'Thou,' and 'He' are all one thing."
This is the path of the elect servants .
    3. ANAL HAQQ (IAM TRUTH)
Anal haq or similar words comes from the mouth of elites/khaas servants of allah when they are in a state of Fana(annihiliation).
Requirements (by allah’s grace and his selection)
Understand and follow the sunnah( The thought of the common people =images and The thought of the elect people =understanding)
knowledge of self and Also knowledge of relationship of god with creation .
Try to know the signs of allah(swt) and Realize truth.
Purification of nafs, heart and soul.
    Yearning+ concealing of the imagination+ fear and awe+Truth+bottom of all desires +intentions+obsorbtion +self knowledge+annihilation+zikr +fikr +(pass n pass) breath meditation+shukr+sunnah
Don’t betray the secret of your Lord" by proclaiming to all (reserved for the elect/khas)
‘There is no es tablished mission except that of Iblis and Muhammad, peace be on him, only Iblis fell from the Essence while Muhammad perceived the Essence of the Essence.’
It was said to Iblis : ‘Prostrate your self!’ and to Muhammad -‘Look!’ But Iblis did not prostrate himself, and Muhammad did not look(distraction), he did not turn to the right or the left, ‘his eye swerved nor , nor swept as tray.’
As for Iblis , having announced his mission, he did not return to his firs t power .And when Muhammad announced his mission he returned to his power .
With this statement, ‘It is in You that I am transported and on You that I fling myself,’ and also, ‘Oh You who turn the hearts ’and ‘I do not know how to praise You as You should be praised.

    Sufi secrets (god)2
He alone is worthy of our love, and that, if any one loves Him not, it is because he does not know Him.
Whatever we love in any one we love because it is a reflection of Him. It is for this reason that we love Muhammad, because he is the Prophet and the Beloved of God, and the love of learned and pious men is really the love of God.
(that man loves himself )for man's very existence and man's attributes are nothing else but the gift of God.
man loves his benefactor, and in truth his only Benefactor is God, for whatever kindness he receives from any fellow-creature is due to the immediate instigation of God.
Love aroused by contemplation of the attributes of God, His power and wisdom, of which human power and wisdom are but the feeblest reflections.
love is the affinity between man and God
Vision of God is the greatest happiness to which a man can attain.
The knowledge of God acquired on earth will in the next world change into the Vision of God, and he who has never learnt the knowledge will never have the Vision. This Vision will not be shared alike by all who know, but their discernment of it will vary exactly as their knowledge. God is one, but He will be seen in many different ways, just as one object is reflected in different ways by different mirrors, some showing it straight, and some distorted, some clearly and some dimly.
For perfect happiness mere knowledge is not enough, unaccompanied by love, and the love of God cannot take possession of a man's heart till it be purified from love of the world, which purification can only be effected by abstinence/zuhd and austerity.
Knowledge of god is brought through devotional worship(strictly adhering to shariat/laws).
The Signs of the Love of God(The love of God as consisting merely in obedience/duty)-----Should not dislike the thought of death. a man should be willing to sacrifice his will to God's. remembrance of God should always remain fresh in a man's heart without effort. he will love the Koran, which is the Word of God, and Muhammad, who is the Prophet of God.loves entire creation of god.he will long for the approach of night, so that he may hold intercourse with his Friend without let or hindrance. worship becomes easy. lovers of God will love those who obey Him and hate the infidels and the disobedient
The Prophet is the fount from which all orders of Sufism flow. The Sufi master is thus a representative of the Prophet, and allegiance (bayat) to him is indirectly bayat with the Prophet and finally with God.
Just as no one knows the real nature of God but God Himself, so no one knows the real nature of a prophet but a prophet (same way with awliya allah also).
Al-Hikmah (wisdom)--The ability to utilize and apply the knowledge appropriately.be humble and god fearing than proud and self conceit.al hikmah is a great wealth.
when God wills a thing it appears in the spiritual plane, which in the Koran is called "The Throne"/arsh; from the throne it passes, by a spiritual current, to a lower plane called "The Chair"/kursi; then the shape of it appears on the "Tablet of Destiny"/lawh e mahfoz; whence, by the mediation of the forces called "angels," it assumes actuality, and appears on the earth in the form of plants, trees, and animals, representing the will and thought of God, as the written letters represent the wish conceived in the heart and the shape present in the brain of the writer.
God's "throne" is represented by the soul, the Archangel by the heart, "the chair" by the brain, "the tablet" by the treasure-chamber of thought.
When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)

    Sufi secrets (god)
Knowledge of self is the key to the knowledge of God.
Thus from his own creation man comes to know God's existence, from the wonders of his bodily frame God's power and wisdom, and from the ample provision made for his various needs God's love. In this way the knowledge of oneself becomes a key to the knowledge of God.
"He who knows himself, knows God"; that is, by contemplation of his own being(ujoodh) and attributes(siffats) man arrives at some knowledge of God. man's attributes/siffat’s a reflection of God's attributes.
Purification of soul and heart + knowledge (sharia +marifa) =divine infinite knowledge of Allah
Knowledge without purification of soul and heart = arrogance (like in case of iblis)
knowledge ---aims at enlightening the hearts, minds and souls of the mankind
Devils are busy in stirring up mischief and Angels contemplate the beauty of God.
The aim of moral discipline is to purify the heart from the rust of passion and resentment, till, like a clear mirror, it reflects the light of God.
The more a man purifies himself from fleshly lusts and concentrates his mind on God, the more conscious will he be of such intuitions.
Love is the seed of happiness, and love to God is fostered and developed by worship.happiness is necessarily linked with the knowledge of God. Like lust delights in accomplishing desire, anger in taking vengeance, the eye in seeing beautiful objects, and the ear in hearing harmonious sounds.
"God is great " - it does not mean that God is greater than creation .it means that His greatness far exceeds all our powers of comprehension.
God's mercy is as great as His power and wisdom.
Illness itself is one of those forms of experience by which man arrives at the knowledge of God.
Although the Koran says, "Every living creature's support comes from God," it is also written, "Man obtains nothing except by striving." ( must not merely say, "God is merciful," but must exert himself).
We are sent on earth to acquire knowledge and experience of god to become angelic in nature.
Control your senses. god knows your thoughts and acts. God sees both the outer and the inner man.always think god is watching me.get absorbed in the contemplation of God
People count on their rosaries with self-satisfaction the numbers of times they have recited the name of God, but they keep no rosary for reckoning the numberless idle words they speak.
when God wills a thing it appears in the spiritual plane, which in the Koran is called "The Throne"/arsh; from the throne it passes, by a spiritual current, to a lower plane called "The Chair"/kursi; then the shape of it appears on the "Tablet of Destiny"/lawh e mahfoz; whence, by the mediation of the forces called "angels," it assumes actuality, and appears on the earth in the form of plants, trees, and animals, representing the will and thought of God, as the written letters represent the wish conceived in the heart and the shape present in the brain of the writer.

    Sufi secret (Soul-ruh)2
Re-absorption traces the stages of the Sufi path.
    1. Soul/nafs into spirit/ruh and spirit into Divine Presence/huzoori(contemplation).
    2. Nafs(lower self) and ruh(higher self) fight for occupying heart(realities of the spiritual world and actual experience).
    3. The breast(sadr) - The heart proper (qalb)-- Inner heart (fu’ad)- The intellect (lubb)- Sir/mystery-- Gnosis (ma‘rifah)
Nafs---place of entry for evil whispering (waswas) and afflictions like (ghill ), passions (shahawat), desires (muna), and wants (hajat) etc etc(empting desires and distracting thoughts) .
The heart proper (qalb)-faith ,submissiveness (khushu), piety (taqwa), love (muhabbah), contentment (rida), certainty(yaqın), fear (khawf ), hope (raja), patience (sabr), and satisfaction (qanaah) ,knowledge (‘ilm) ,certainty (yaqın) and intention (nıyah)
Inner heart (fu’ad)--seat of gnosis (ma‘rifah), passing thoughts (khawatir ), and vision (ruyah)
The intellect (lubb)--- seat of the light of unification ,uniqueness ,perfect light ,greatest power
    ,maqam at latifah.
Word ruh is used with respect to quran e pak ,angel jibril(as), isa(as) and for allah’s assistance and strengthening.
In hadith words are used nafs/soul and also good/bad soul
“Verily when al-Ruh (Soul) is taken, the eyesight follows it”( Sahih Muslim)
“Do you not see when one dies, his gaze becomes firmly fixed? That was due to the fact his eyesight follows his Nafs” (Muslim related).
“al-Arwah (Souls) are troops collected together, those who familiarized with one another would have affinity with one another, and those amongst them who opposed one another would be divergent” (Agreed upon).
Those souls which attain a special degree of power not only rule their own body but those of others also. According as the effects produced by these powerful souls are good or bad they are termed miracles or sorceries.
These souls differ from common folk in three ways: (1) what others only see in dreams they see in their waking moments. (2) While others' wills only affect their own bodies, these, by will-power, can move bodies extraneous to themselves. (3) The knowledge which others acquire by laborious learning comes to them by intuition/ilham.
God and the soul are invisible, indivisible, unconfined by space and time, and outside the categories of quantity and quality; nor can the ideas of shape, colour, or size attach to them.
In the heart of the enlightened man there is a window opening on the realities of the spiritual world, so that he knows, not by hearsay or traditional belief, but by actual experience, what produces wretchedness or happiness in the soul
Sins/Ignorance is darkness of soul and Knowledge/love of god is the lightness of soul( ignorance of god or knowledge of god will abide with the soul)
"He who is blind in this life, will be blind in the next life, and astray from the path.".(quran)
The angel of life blows the soul into the fetus when it is 120 days old, abortion on very strict medical grounds is permissible only before the fetus is 4 months old. Once life has been blown into the fetus it becomes a living creature and to terminate its life is murder.
The Nafs dies and is buried, while its soul soars up to the heavens.
During sleep ruh kept its connection with the body (even though ruh left the body).Same way ruh does keep its connection after death , but here the body and the conditions are different.

    Sufi secrets (spirit/ruh)
SPECIALITY OF THE SOUL(ESSENCE OF LIFE)
Allah is the Creator and sustainer of the soul .knowledge ,power and intuitive are its unique aspects. does not die .retains whatever knowledge of God it possesses. spiritual/angelic soul(good because of knowledge and love of allah). The origin of every soul is paradise/celestial origin. ("I breathed into man of My spirit,").manifestation of “Divine 'Noor' of Allah” in human body. The soul and its body travel through four different worlds:womb, world, grave and hereafter.Created before the creation of Adam and souls were asked to testify to the Lordship of Allah. seat of actual experiences.
    FUNCTIONS OF THE SOUL
The perception of truth. The body was created for the soul, the soul for the body. We can gain some knowledge of God's essence and attributes from the contemplation of the soul's essence and attributes.uncured disease of the soul end in future misery(darkness of soul and the seed of misery)ignorance and sin are deadly poisons for the soul(knowledge of God and worship are medicinal)
The protection and nurture of soul(by gaining knowledge and love of God) and body (food, clothing, and a dwelling-place)is done. shariat laws will help in curbing extra lust/desires/anger etc etc.The pains which souls suffer after death all have their source in excessive love of the world.Soul remains contemplating the absolute Beauty and Holiness and contemplating herself in her beauty, which is conferred on her by this Attainment unto the Presence Divine
Nafs(self centered/I) and ruh(intellectual/higher self) fight for the possession(capture) of heart(spiritual not physical). If the nafs wins the battle, the heart is "veiled". If the ruh(intellectual/higher self ) Wins the battle -heart becomes the tabernacle (mishkāt) of the Divine Mystery (sirr) in man because of spiritual light.
Spiritual heart is transdental and subtle and abode of Divine Light. Divine Knowledge can be attained through its activity. it is the only organ that is the locus of the energies one receives from the spiritual realm. It opens up ways for spiritual development. God has called it His own abode. Mundane passions and desire cover(rust) the heart. Rust is removed by zikr.once the spirit/soul is awakened( by zikr) ,The temptations to worry will die out.Spiritual heart is the seat of Divine Knowledge and Love. "The Eye of the Heart" begins to see the Eternal Essence (the aspect of beauty (jamāl) and the aspect of rigor (jalal)). The spiritual life is equivalent to symbolic life, regulated by the perception of different aspects of the Spirit.
Difference between nafs/ruh is that of attributes rather than the substance. Ruh is ethereal sort substance, tenuous, translucent and luminous. Nafs is one’s own self (Dhat) . The luminosity which radiates from a man depends upon the degree of activity of his Ruh.
Nafs --- that aspect of man filled with vain desires which desires nothing other than this world.
Ruh--- only longs to meet its Lord, it therefore prepares him to do righteousness.
Soul/ruh and the physical body are subjected to either bliss or punishment .Ruhullah, meaning the soul created by Allah (imply ownership and possession).

    mankind into four classes:
1.those veiled with veils of pure darkness; 2.those veiled with veils of mixed darkness and light; 3.those veiled with veils of pure light; 4. those who attain to the vision of the Unveiled.
    Those veiled by Pure Light
Class III.--Those veiled by/with pure Light [i.e. purged of all anthropomorphism (tashbîh)]
Understood the true meaning of the divine attributes, but refused to define allah because Allah transcends even the ideas of these attributes.
Divine attributes are named Speech, Will ,Power, Knowledge, and the rest, it is not according to our human mode of nomenclature.
Movements of celestial bodies is an act of service/worship and obedience to His command.

Allah command (amr), but not directly by way of act. The explication of "command" –we cannot understand with limited mind.
Answer-These are grades all of which are veiled by Lights without admixture of Darkness.
Most must be veiled by their own human attributes or by the senses, imagination, discursive intelligence; or by pure light.
    CLASS 4---THE UNVEILED WHO ATTAIN
Those who will predicate nothing whatsoever of Allah
    (1) who preserve self-consciousness in their absorption in this Absolute, all else being effaced.
    (2) whose self-consciousness is also effaced
    (a) who attain to this State with a single leap--as Abraham "al-Khalîl" did,
    (b) who attain to it by stages,--as Mohammed "al-Habîb" did [at the Mi`râj].
Ascend step by step ( mysteries of Progress and of their Stations on the Way of Light).Gain knowledge about unity, perfection, amr/command ,annihiliation ,existence of creation with respect to allah.
    Allah transcends ALL that is comprehensible by human Sight or human Insight;
Allah’s sovereignty transcends everything that it must be confessed to transcend.
whom "the splendours of the Countenance sublime consume", and the majesty of the Divine Glory obliterate; so that they are themselves blotted out, annihilated.
All that is apprehensible by the sight of Sense or by the insight of Intelligence was by "the splendours of His Countenance utterly consumed".
TAUHEED--- (1) That Allah Himself is aware of His Oneness; (2) that He commands man to accept and recognize His oneness; and (3) that people know about the Oneness of Allah.
Allah has no soul for which a body is needed to get in. Allah has no body in any shape or form whatever for which He might need a soul.
Salat (Namaz or Prayer)----Puts the devotee on the path --- opens up all the secrets --- devotee's implicit faith in and devotion to Allah---struggle against Nafs--- zikrullah--- humility overpowering the Nafs. ---complete faith in and love for Allah--- turn away from all worldly attractions with the blessings of Allah.
Real Salat is with concentration where in soul sours high in Aalam-e-Arwah (the spiritual world).
Hajj ---Giving up all bad habits--absorption of divine love--giving up of the passions of Nafs ---seeing the divinity of Allah----forgetting all desires of one's heart---purifying the heart and soul--sacrificing all the desires and passions of Nafs-- throwing away of the bad companions and associates.

For a sufi----Staunchly adhere to sharia and sunnah---- seek the company of pious-- love and respect for others---do it for the sake of Allah—eating halaal food with halaal earnings---No rewards or gratifications—humility without pride or vanity--save time for his devotional duties--talking in favour of Allah and Truth---purify his body, heart and soul--- gaining knowledge of our Self and our relation with our Lord, Allah.

    Veils and mankind
    mankind into four classes:
1.those veiled with veils of pure darkness; 2.those veiled with veils of mixed darkness and light; 3.those veiled with veils of pure light; 4. those who attain to the vision of the Unveiled.
Class II.--Those veiled with Veils of mixed Darkness and Light
Darkness has its origin in the 1.Senses 2.Imagination 3.false syllogisms of the Intelligence.
4….(people with false perceptions)---since we have control over fire, kindling or quenching it at will, it cannot serve as divinity. Only that which possessing the attribute of Dominion and Glory and has us under its absolute sway, and is withal very higher and lifted up-only this avails for divinity. Astrology is the science that is celebrated among this folk, the attribution to each star of its special influence: so that some worship Cynosura and others Jupiter, and others some other heavenly body, according to the many influences with which they believe the several stars are endued.
Answer--These, then, are veiled by Light, the Light of the Sublime, the Luminous, the Potent; which are also three of the Lights of Allâh
5…..(people with false intelligence)--They say that it does not befit their Lord to be describable as small or great among light-giving substances, but He must be the greatest of them; and so they worship the Sun, which, they say, is the Greatest of All.
Answer---Such are veiled by the Light of Greatness, in addition to the former lights; but are still blent with the darkness of the Senses.
6….(people with extreme false intelligence)--The sun has no monopoly of light; bodies other than the sun have each one its light. So, as the deity must have no partner in lightfulness, they worship Absolute Light, which embraces all lights, and think that It is the Lord of the Universe, and that all good things are attributable to it.
Answer---Then, since they perceive the existence of evils in the world, and will by no means allow them to be attributed to their deity, He being wholly void of evil, they conceive of a struggle between Him and the Darkness, and these two are called by them( Dualists).
They failed to perceive that the very first degree of the intelligibilia takes us clean beyond all reference whatsoever to direction and dimension
    some said attributes of god transcends all directions, including direction upwards; but whose conception of these attributes is relative to their own; so that some of them may even have declared outright that His "speech" is with sounds and letters like ours;
while others advanced a step higher, it may be, and said, "Nay, but it is like our thought-speech, both soundless and letterless."
Thus, when they were challenged to show that "hearing, sight, life", etc., are real in Allâh they fell back on what was essentially anthropomorphism(tashbih), though they repudiated it formally; for they utterly failed to apprehend what the attribution of these ideas to Allah really signifies.
Thus they, say, in regard to His will, that it is contingent, like ours; that it is a demanding and a purposing, like ours.
Answer---These, then, are veiled by several of the divine Lights, mixed with the darkness of false syllogisms of the intelligence.
When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)

Sufi secrets (veils and mankind) 1
    Veils and mankind
"Allâh hath Seventy Thousand Veils of Light and Darkness: were He to withdraw their curtain, then would the splendours of His Aspect surely consume everyone who apprehended Him with his sight." (Some read "seven hundred veils;" others, "seventy thousand.")
Allâh is in, by, and for himself glorious. A veil is necessarily related to those from whom the glorious object is veiled.
    mankind into four classes:
1.those veiled with veils of pure darkness; 2.those veiled with veils of mixed darkness and light; 3.those veiled with veils of pure light; 4. those who attain to the vision of the Unveiled.
Class I.--Those veiled with Veils of pure Darkness
1.Atheists(doesn’t believe in god and his messengers)
2.Naturist philosophers whose god is Nature,
    3. Egotists whose god is Self. (because of sensual pleasure / status/glory /fame/name)
Answer --Spiritual heart is transdental and subtle.Nature is an, attribute which inheres in material substances, and is immanent in them, and is moreover a, dark one, for it has no knowledge, nor perception, nor self-consciousness, nor consciousness, nor light perceived through the medium of physical sight. They live the life of the beasts of the field. slavery to self-impulse and self-love. pleasure is their god. wealth is the instrument for the satisfaction of every lust (personal reputation)
Treatment--- kalma +evil deeds must be displeasing and good deeds give pleasure+ performing good deeds.
Class II.--Those veiled with Veils of mixed Darkness and Light
Darkness has its origin in the 1.Senses 2.Imagination 3.false syllogisms of the Intelligence.
1…(people using senses)- have yearning for the knowledge of god ,believe their god is mightier
they must prefer to their dark selves, they make for themselves figures splendidly fashioned, and then take those images unto themselves as gods.
Answer ---1.But the darkness of sense veils from them the knowledge that they must transcend the world of sense in this quest. 2.Senses are darkness in relation to the World Spiritual.
3.Such men are veiled by the light of Majesty and Beauty from the attributes of Allah and his light: they have affixed these attributes to sense-perceived bodies; which sense has blocked out the light of Allah.
2….(people using imagination)-no religious community or code ,believe that god is some beautiful object so that when they see a human being of exceptional beauty, or similarly a tree, or a horse, etc., they worship it and call it their god.
Answer --1.These are veiled by the light of Beauty mixed with the darkness of Sense(imagination). 2.The Beauty they worship is of Nature's hand, and not of their own.
3.Are unable to get beyond the imagination. These have got beyond the senses, for they assert the existence of something behind the objects of sense. 4. so have worshipped a Being who actually sits on a throne.
But the highest in degree are those who denied to Allah corporality and all its accidentia, except one--direction, and that direction upwards; for (say they) that which is not referable to any direction, and cannot be characterized as either within or without the world, does not exist at all, since it cannot be imagined by the imagination.
3….(people with false syllogisms of the intelligence)-- Our deity/god must be in His essence Light, glorious in His express image, majestic in Himself, terrible in His presence, intolerant of approach; and yet He must be likewise perceptible. For the imperceptible is meaningless in the opinion of these. Then because they find Fire thus characterized, they worship it and take it unto themselves as lord.
Answer --veiled by the light of Dominion and of Glory, which are, indeed, two of the Lights of Allah.

    Reminder –tariqat 6 (man)
Disobedient man = one who didn’t fulfill obligatory due which allah had commanded him +rebelsFor the reason that (apparently) he finds himself self-sufficient (in the world)+ who maintain enmity against Allah and His Messenger (saws)(80/23,96/7,58/20)
man is highly unjust and extremely ungrateful. 14/34
Man has turned out to be highly narrow-minded and miserly.17/100
Man has been created (instinctually) from haste. I shall soon show you My signs, so do not seek hurry. 21/37
(intolerant and anguished) man prays (sometimes) for evil as he prays for good (for himself). 17/11
And when We bestow a favour upon man, he turns his face away and, keeping withdrawn, strides far from Us. And when distress touches him, he entreats with lengthy prayers.41/50
In truth, man will (himself) be aware of (the affairs of) his self,Even though he will offer all his excuses.75/15
there has passed over man a period of time when he was not a thing worth mentioning. 76/1
90/4. Indeed, We have created man (ever suffering) in rigours.
We have created man in the best constitution (equipoised in the finest proportion). Then We returned him to the lowest state of the low, Except for those who believe and do good works. 95/6
man is most ungrateful to his Lord, 100/6
man is quite stubborn in his love of wealth.100/7
We also showed him the way (to understanding and insight for distinguishing between the truth and falsehood) whether he (now) becomes thankful or continues to be ungrateful.76/3
should worship the Lord of this (Sacred) House (Ka‘ba, to give Him thanks) 106/3
When calamity/taklif strikes –don’t be angry or show grief. be patient/sabr and content with allah’s decision 2/186
when we bestow upon man (some) blessing, he turns away (from gratitude) and escapes, but when some distress comes upon him, he despairs (i.e., he is neither grateful nor patient). 17/83
And how can you observe patience in (the matter of) which you will not have acquired (thorough) knowledge?’18/67
We offered the trust (of obedience) to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, but they declined.. but man took it on. Verily, he is given to wrongdoing (against his own soul), unwise and extremely ignorant (of the consequence of lapse in paying back the trust) 33/72
    TRUST-don’t misuse the trust
(by the reflection of allah’s wajood, hayath, ilm, intention, power, vision, hearing, speech, originator of all action, fulfiller of needs-humans are exisisting this is called trust) allah has given to mankind.so use all the mentioned things according to shariat way.allah brings objects to existence as they are with the power of reflection of his wajood/siffat/ afaal/asaar .objects do not have self existing power but they exist with allah.Sometime allah test us our obedience. you practise and understand allah alone is omnipresent with his qualities.every act should be connected to allah as creator/sustainer/fulfiller of all actions of the creations. to observe piety(fear) of allah and avoid shirk in zaath (hu)/afaal (actions)/asaar(every thing is his wealth)/siffat(attributes) of allah.allah alone is omnipresent (hai) and seen in the creation. 33/72
ALLAH’S HELP IS VERY CLOSE TO US
1.Slave does sin but repentance erases those sins +performing good deeds.
2.Allah tests his slaves with evil yet helps with angels
3.Allah tests his slaves with desires but allowed them to satisfy from good sources
4.Allah provides resources against test and trails(try to know the suitable resource and acquire them).
    5. Allah sends a diseases along with its cure.
If allah doesnot test you then you will become arrogant ,proud and hard hearted .finally you will commit injustice and aggression. 2/186
39/66. So, worship Allah and be amongst the thankful.

Don’t question much about deen you will lose faith/iman because shaitan will put waswasa (just ignore waswasas/temptations). Non muslims/kafirs want you to become like them so be practicing muslim and save your iman/faith. 2/108
    Don’t find a way in between belief/iman and disbelief/kufr. Iman/muslim and kufr/kafir are opposite to eachother .4/150
Allah will show the signs explicitly for those whose faith is firm.2/118
Embrace faith from the core of your heart (faith with obedience) 2/285
3/131 fear the Fire, which has been prepared for those who reject faith.
Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (saws) and those (men of truth) who hold command amongst you. 4/59
We exalted for you your remembrance (by annexing it to Ours everywhere in the world and in the Hereafter). 94/4
remember that the Messenger of Allah (saws) is amongst you. 49/7
Collect alms (Zakat—the Alms-due) from their wealth so that by these (alms) you may purify them (of their sins) and (by this purification of faith and riches) bestow upon them blessing and pray for them. Surely, your(saws) prayer is a (source of) delightful calm for them.9/103
those who keep their voices low in the presence of Allah’s Messenger (out of profound veneration and submissiveness), it is they whose hearts Allah has chosen for Godwariness and permeated with sincerity. For them alone is forgiveness and an immense reward.49/4
Submit all the affairs to allah and his rasool (saws) and gladly accept the decision of rasoolallah (saws) without any resentment in your heart. 4/65
So (on that station of nearness) He (Allah) revealed to His (Beloved) servant whatever He revealed.(His) heart did not take it contrary to what (his) eyes beheld.53/10
His eye neither inclined aside nor overstepped the limit; (it gazed in ecstasy at Whom it was to gaze). Surely, he saw the greatest signs of His Lord (during the Ascension Night).53/18
‘I do not ask for any recompense for this (preaching the faith in Messengership), but (seek) love for (my) kindreds (and Allah’s nearness).’42/23
Do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him), you are not even aware (that your faith and all pious works have been wrecked).49/2
‘Do not show off your Islam as a favour to me. Instead, Allah is the One Who favours you by guiding you to faith, provided you are true (to belief).’49/14
Muslims believe in all the prophets and We do not make distinction between any of them (in the matter of faith) 2/136
Best muslims are tolerant, moderate and have balanced outlook. muslims are witness for kafirs and prophet(saws) is witness over us . respecting qiblah is part of iman.(2/145)
Good peots-1. who believe and do pious deeds 2. Engage in zikrullah 3.eulogize Allah and the Holy Prophet (saws) in their poetry 4.avenge themselves after they are wronged (by means of poetic compositions, and defend Islam 26/227
‘The spirit is from my Lord’s command, 17/85
His command (of creation) is only that when He intends (to create) something, He says to it: ‘Be,’ so it instantly becomes (existent or visible and continues becoming). 36/82
Our command for a thing is but only this much that when We(allah) intend (to bring) it (into existence), We say to it: ‘Be,’ and it becomes. 16/40
believers hearts get humbled with tenderness for the remembrance of Allah 57/16
We know (also) the doubts which his (ill-commanding) self puts (into his heart and mind). And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein. 50/16
Allah gives permission to intercede/shafaat for his pious servants on the day of judgement (2/48)
When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)

Do not follow him 1.whose heart We have made neglectful of Our remembrance 2. who follows but the urge of his (ill-commanding self/nafs)18/28
Covered/wrapped heart = Evil intentions will wrap up your heart with veils+ the noor of guidance will not enter+ those who prefer this world over the ahkirat 6/25,16/107
Humble heart= has both love and fear of allah (2/45)
Disease heart =instability of faith +doubt and suspicion. 33/12
    Repenting heart= repentance+ guarding faith/iman+ fearing allah(swt) 50/34
Eyes of the heart open whenyou have 1.taqwa(avoiding sins and dutiful to allah and his rasool (saws)) 2.know the shariat/law(halaal and haraam) 3.zikr (24/7) 7/202
Remembering /Vigilant/active heart= No contact with anyone other than Allah+ in a state of (spiritual) vision (i.e., remains lost in the effulgent disclosures of Allah’s absolute beauty). 50/37
Chosen hearts for Taqwa+ iklas/sincerity = people who show profound veneration and submissiveness towards rasoolallah (saws) 49/4
whoever venerates the signs of Allah (i.e., honouring those living beings, shrines, monumental sites, commands and prescribed duties known and recognized due to some pious association or link with Allah or Allah’s devoted servants), this (veneration) is of the Godwariness of hearts (taqwa)22/32
only those whose hearts have been blessed with the fear of God venerate these signs.22/32
Great success in the sight of allah-When allah sends calmness and tranquility into the heart, faith gets increased with more faith (and the faith learnt—‘the knowledge of certitude’ changes into the faith seen—‘the eye of certitude’).48/4

Allah will not hold you accountable for your vain oaths, but will take you to task for the oaths taken with serious intention in your hearts.2/225
Polite conversation (with the needy) and extending tolerance are far better than charity followed by injuring (his) heart.2/263
Those who believed and did pious deeds, allah will create love for them in the hearts (of the people).19/96
Allah chooses whom He pleases (for exclusive nearness) in His presence, and shows the path to (come) towards Himself to everyone who turns (towards Allah) heartily.42/14

    PERMISSIBILITY OF FAATIHA (ESSALE SAWAAB)
Syeduna Rasoolullah (saws) while sacrificing the animal of Qurbani prayed for the blessings in favour of the Ummah while the animal of sacrifice lay before him, he recited he following dua on that occasion: O Allah! Accept this Qurbani (Sacrifice) on behalf of my Ummah. [Sunan Abi Dawood, Vol. 2, Page 30]
Hakeem Ibn Utbah says that Once Ibn Abi Lubabah invited a group of the people and told them that he had invited them at his home because he was completing the Khatm al-Qur'an on that day so that they might benefit thereby as the dua on that auspicious occasion receives the acceptance from the Almighty Allah. [Kitab al-Azkaar, Baab Tilawatil Qur'an]
It is also reported by Hadrat Mujahid on reliable authority that Some righteous persons used to gather the people on the occasion of the Khatm al-Qur'an and told them that on this occasion, the Mercy (Rahmat) from Allah descends upon those present there. [Kitab al-Azkaar, Baab Tilawatil Qur'an]
Imam al-Nawawi (ra) has said: Hadrat Anas bin Malik used to gather his family members on the occasion of Khatm al-Quran and offered Fatiha, in the Presence of Allah for the welfare of all. [Kitab al-Azkaar, Baab Tilawatil Qur'an]
In the same Mishkaat, it is also recorded that On the wedding of the Holy Prophet (saws) with Hadrat Zainab, Hadrat Umm-e-Saleem prepared a small quantity of valima in celebration of the wedding. But the Holy Prophet (Saws) invited a large number of Companions to attend the Valima. The food was obviously short. The Holy Prophet (Saws) recited some prayer on the food and passed his Holy hand over the food. [Mishkat al-Masabih, Baab al-Maujizat, Page 539]
The funeral pier (Janaza) of the deceased is placed in front of the Imam who leads the funeral prayer and offers the Dua forgiveness in the Presence of Allah. Just in the same way the foodstuff on which blessing is sought is placed before the person offering the dua. There appears no valid justification for objecting this gesture of seeking Blessings from Almighty Allah.
The Dua on the occasion of Aqiqa is also recited over the sacrificial animal that remains before the sight. Reciting Bismillah before eating the food kept in front is the command of the Shariah. Bismillah, as we all know, is the verse of the Holy Qur'an. Fatiha for Eesal-e-Sawab or blessing is the process on a larger scale but not different in any way!

Shah Waliyullah in his book Kitabul Intibah fi Salassil Auliya writes as under."Then recite the Durood ten times and after completing it offer the Fatiha in the name and on behalf of the Khwajgan-e-Chisht on some sweets and then pray to Allah for His Blessing." [Kitabul Intibah fi Salassil Auliya, Page 114]
Shah Waliyullah in his other book 'Zubdatun Nasaaiq' writes while replying to a question addressed to him: "Offer Fatiha on the food cooked with the mixture of rice and milk for the Eesal-e-Sawab of some Wali Allah and eat some of this yourself besides offering to the poor and the needy, If the Fatiha is offered in the name of some mystic great personality. Then this can be taken even by rich and the well to do persons." [Zubdat an-Nasaiq, Page 132]

If a person recites Surah Ikhlas eleven times and conveys its thawab to the deceased Muslims, then he himself shall receive the thawab equal to the total reward given to the souls of the deceased Muslims. [Raddul Muhtar, Qir'at lil Mayyit, Baab ad-Dafan, Vol. 1, Page 666]
In the book Ash'atul Lam'at it is said in the chapter Ziyaratil Qubur (visiting the graves ),
"After the death of the deceased, the sadqah should be given for seven days". [Ashiat al-Lam'at, Vol. 1, Page 716]
It is said in the Shaami:One may recite the Holy Qur'an by way of Fatiha, on any particular occasion in the following manner: In the beginning Surah Fatiha, then the first there verses of the Surah Baqrah then Ayat-ul-Kursi, the last three verses of the Surah Baqrah, then Surah Yasin, Surah Mulk, Surah Takathur and in the end Surah Ikhlas the last one recited Twelve times or Eleven times or Seven times or Three time then pray to Almighty Allah for the Eesal-e-Sawab in favour of so and so person or persons. [Raddul Muhtar, Qir'at lil Mayyit, Baab ad-Dafan, Vol. 1, Page 666]
It is said in the Fatawa Aziziyah:"The Fatiha which is intended for Hadrat Imam Hasan and Hadrat Imam Hussain on the food prepared for the occasion should be offerred with the recitation of the Surah Fatiha accompanied by four Quls and the Durood which is the source of blessing and eating the food prepared for the occasion is also blissful." [Fatawa Aziziyah, Page 75]

    PERMISSIBILITY OF FAATIHA (ESSALE SAWAAB)
Hafidhh Ibn-Kathir writes :One day Prophet [Saws] was invited to someone’s house. Prophet [Saws] accepted the invitation and he bought a lot of companions with him to the house. There was a very short amount of food for the people. The Prophet [Saws] said to bring the food out. Prophet [Saws] read whatever Allah wanted on the food and du’a was also done on the food and the food was given to the people. After the people had eaten the food, there was still the same amount of food left as it was before the people started to eat. (Tareekh Ibn Kathir & Siraat un Nabi Chapter of Mujizat)Saying of Hadrat Abu Huraira: Is there any of you who will undertake to pray two or four rak'ahs son my behalf in the mosque of al-Ashshar, stating, "they are on behalf of Abu Hurayrah"(Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitab al-Malaahim, Vol 2, Page 244, Hadith 3754, Shau'ab al-Iman lil Bayhaqi, Bab al Fadail al-Hajj wa al-Umrah, Vol. 9, Page 152, Hadith 3960)

In Tafsir Ruh al-Bayan, it is said while commenting on the verse 155 of Surah An'aam:
It is reported from Hadrat Aa'raj- that the person who completes the recitation of the Holy Qur'an from beginning (at a stretch or with intermittent intervals) then prays for its acceptance along with the fulfillment of his desires in the Presence of Almighty Allah, on that occasion four thousand angels say Aameen and they (the angels) remain engaged in the prayer (Dua) for the betterment and forgiveness of that person from morning to evening or from evening to morning. [Tafsir Rooh al-Bayan, Vol. 3, Page 156/157, Under Verse 155 of Surah al-An'aam]

This very subject has also been mentioned in the book of Imam Nawawi's Kitab al Azkaar, Chapter relating to the Tilawat (recitation of the Holy Quran).

Even the Teeja of Shah Waliullah took place. It is recorded in Malfoozat-e-Abdul Aziz:-In the Teeja (3rd after the demise) of Shah Waliyullah there was a huge crowd of persons who could not be counted easily and number of the Khat'm-e-Qur'an was no less then eighty one or more and the repetition of the Kalima-e-Tayyabah was literally beyond numbers. [Malfoozat-e-Abdul Aziz, Page 80]
In the Fatawa-e-Azizia, at page 41 it is said: "If the Fatiha for the thawab of the Awliya Allah is offered on the food prepared with the milk and the bread meshed together (known as Maleedah) is also permissible and there is no harm in doing so." [Fatawa Aziziyah, Vol. 1 , Page 41]
It is recorded in Mishkaat Sharif, Chapter of Miracles (Al-Mu'jizaat). It is reported by Hadrat Abu Huraira(ra) that once he brought some dates in the presence of the Holy Prophet (Saws) and requested him to pray for its abundant growth. The Holy Prophet (Saws) mixed these dates together and prayed for increased growth of the dates (dry fruit). [Tirmidhi, Bab al-Manaqib, Vol 12, Page 327, Hadith 3774]
It is recorded in the Mishkaat, Babul Mujizat that in the Battle of Tabuk, At one stage of the battle a shortage of food was felt in the Islamic army. The Holy Prophet (Saws) asked every man present there to bring whatever was with him. Every one brought whatever was with him and presented it to the Holy Prophet (Saws). The tablecloth was spread. The Holy Prophet (Saws) prayed for the blessing over the food so spread. After this he asked the men to put back the food in the utensils (pots) as a reserve for eating at the food time. [Mishkat al-Masabih, Baab al-Maujizat, Page 539]
In the book Anwar-e-Sati'ah and Hashiyah Khazanat ar-Riwayaat it is written that Holy Prophet (Saws) offered sadqah on the third, seventh and fortieth day of the martyrdom of Sayyiduna Hamzah and repeated the same at every sixth months and at the end of the year. [Anwaar-e-Sati'ah, Page 145]
"The soul of the deceased visits its home in the night of Friday to see whether the inmates (relatives) are offering sadqah or not." [Ashiat al-Lam'at, Vol. 1, Page 716]
On the occasion of the battle of Trench (Ghazwa-e-Khandaq), the Companion Hadrat Jabir prepared some small quantity of food for the Holy Prophet (Saws). When the Holy Prophet (Saws) came to Hadrat Jabir, He brought some kneaded flour with intent for prayer for its sufficiency to feed the number of guest-companions whom the Holy Prophet (Saws) had brought with them to participate in taking the food. The Holy Prophet (Saws) offered Dua for the barakah in the food and mixed his blessed saliva (lu'ab) as a token of blessing. [Mishkat al-Masabih, Baab al-Maujizat, Page 539]
The blessed Prophet (Salla Allahu alaihi wa Sallam) has encouraged us to recite the Bismillah before a meal. [Abu Daud and Tirmazi] It is also universally accepted that the Bismillah is a part of the Qur'an pak. So when such a small part of the Qur'an pak gives blessings in food, naturally the more the blessed Qur'an is recited over the food the more increase in the blessings.
Allah (subhana wa ta'ala) says: "And we reveal in the Qur'an that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe though it causes nothing to the unjust but loss after loss." (17/82)
When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)

    TREATMENT FOR EVIL EYE-BLACK MAGIC-EVIL SPELLS-OTHERS
''We send down (stage by stage) in the Quran that which is a healing and mercy to those who believe'' (QURAN)
''But they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's permission''.(2/102)
Anas Ibn Malek (RA)said:'' The prophet (SAWS) allowed incantations against evil eye, poison, and wounds''.(MUSLIM)
Aouf Al-Ashgai (RA)said: ''The prophet (SAWS) said ' tell me about your incantations, which are legitimate if it is not polytheism' ''. (MUSLIM)
Scholars mentioned that the prophet used three means of treatment: Natural medications- Divine remedy –both methods
Tension and anxiety reduce the immunity of the body against diseases. Constant recitation and listening to the Quran while meditating on its meanings increase bodily immunity and its inner defenses. Legitimate incantation(ruqya) is a cure from the ailments of the body and soul .
    Causes of Affliction
Magic/evil eye/passionate love-Exaggerated feelings and emotions like extreme fear, anger, grief, unawareness or engagement in pleasures.- Doing injustice to the jinn either intentionally or unintentionally - Entering a deserted place where there are no human beings without supplication or mentioning allah- Falling from a high place without mentioning Allah's name which hurt the jinn. -urinating in a pit which often annoys the jinn- Throwing a stone in a dark place.
    - Devilish affliction often appears in the form of a short attack of dizziness, loss of sensing, and change in facial expressions. ( may lead to the convulsion of one of the body organs)
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS (.human evil eye/jinni evil eye)
Paleness of the face-chest congestion-headache-sweating-numbness in arms and legs-continous yawning during worship-heart palpitation-tense muscles-general weakness and inability to work-loss of ones trade and wealth-hatred in the family
    TREATMENTS
    1. GENERAL
1.Protection depends on strength of the soul ,eman, tawakkal on allah. Heart must have tawheed(oneness),tawakkal(trust),taqwa(rightueous) and tawajhu(awareness of allah’s presence). Tawheed is the diet of the heart (heart starts living by saying la ilaha illal laah) and repentance closes the doors of the evil.lesser the sins greater is the spiritual health. Cleanse your heart with repentance. lusts and desires will make heart weak. self/myself/I is unjust/zulm (greatest zulm /unjustness is shirk )
    2.Doing rightueous deeds .
3.Best way to avoid evil eye/nazar is to conceal the blessings from the people(ie don’t show to the people /don’t show off/pride)
4.Keep reciting ya hayyum ya qayyum or alif lam meem allah- la ilaha ila huwal hayyul qayyum or wa ilahukum illahu wahid la ilaha illa huwar rahmanur rahim or recite allah’s 99 names regularly or keep reading quran regularly. salat/namaz is best because it allows all the organs to prove their slavery to allah. pray at night(tahjud) .keep reading Surah Al-Baqarah , surah falq and nass
5.Don’t be jealous of others always say ''O Allah, bless him and harm him not'' or say la hawla wala quwata ila billahil alil azeem or mashaallah la quwata ila billah. Be kind to the envious one to lessen hatred(show patiency) -be away from envious person
6.Taking bath regularly or be in wadhu regularly
    2.RUQYA/INCANTATION
The combination of the Quran, the blow of air, and the saliva is similar to the composition of medicine.
1.Allah is the only Healer who made incantation/ruqya/taweez a reason for the cure just like how you take medicine for a diseases but rely on allah for shifa.
2.The one saying the incantation should be a believer in Allah as the All-Powerful and the All-Willing.3.Say bismillah hir rahman nir rahim and then say evil eye return to the person who started it.

4.Finding the spell and neutralizing it.
5.Extracting harmfull substances from the organ affected .
6.Saying ''Allahu akber'' three times: He should raise his voice to be heard by the envious one he is afraid
7.write Quranic verses and ask the one affected with the evil eye to drink it.
8.It is unanimously agreed that it is legal to use the Quran in treating non-Muslims, as it is a cure for all people.
3.TAWEEZ (FOR THOSE WHO DON’T KNOW DUA’S OR ILLITERATES OR MINORS OR MENTALLY NOT FIT)
Allah is the only Healer who made incantation/ruqya/taweez a reason/means for the cure just like how you take medicine for a diseases but rely on allah for shifa.
    It should be from the Quran or the prophetic sayings or the religious supplications(DUAS). Consist of the names of Allah Almighty or his attributes;
It should not include any strange utterances or symbols and the like(KUFR).
It should be in Arabic and not in any other language for fear of discrepancies or any unknown concepts.

When I want to talk to allah I say prayers and when I want that he talk to me I recite quran- Hazrath Ali(ra)
