Ruling of a Mosque in a non-Islamic country

    Isn't permanence until the last day one of the conditions for a 'masjid'...
    Here in the uk I don't think anything can be classed as a shari' masjid due to the Compulsory purchase act.
    If the local authority wanted to remove the building it can do so according to the above act.

    In reference to the ruling issued by Alahazrat [رحمة الله تعالى عليه] on the 316th and 317th pages of the 16th volume of Fatawa Ridawiyya Sharif [30 Vol edition 150th question] [Please read through it]

    Question:

    Alahazrat [رحمة الله تعالى عليه] has attached the condition of "former Islamic rule" to a country in which Mosques are to be built. Does this mean that if a country did not have Islamic rule previously, like the UK or the US, building Masaajid in it becomes impermissible? Or rather, the rulings of Mosques will not apply on such buildings which are considered to be Mosques?
