So does this mean Deobandis are not welcome on the forum. I don't understand how can you reconcile or guide people when you keep the door closed to the very people who you are trying to convince. Take a step back are you sincerely working towards preaching the right path in the hope that people change their ways or are you preaching to the already converted and creating further distance?
what is going on here? three threads and continuous squabble among some brothers. not necessarily, many covert deobandis study under the guidance of sunni arab ulama and claim that they are sunnis because they are on a well known covert mission. you could have avoided this squabble with wadood, and KS had you have answered wadood's question whether you were a deobandi or their defender or not. we, being the moderators of the forum, have the right to ask you to tell us clearly if you are deobandi, consider them among sunnis, or support them in anyway. if you are a deobandi then certainly the shaykh would have no knowledge about your association. did you tell him about your association? we welcome you here if you are not a doebandi or their closet lawyer. any other post by SK, wadood, KS, or sufisticated will be deleted until we get an answer to our question.
ok Wadood, you win. according to you, Sacred Knowledge are closet wahhabis... who sell CD's of the Shaykh, have set up a website promoting mawlid, tasawwuf, and Ash'ari aqida (www.sacredknowledge.co.uk) and are this weekend organising an event at a Sunni masjid in Birmingham with Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi. are you happy now? by the way we will advertise on this forum as long as the moderators permit.
This also happened with the two ultra deviants Rizwan Saleem and Saqib Mahmood. When they were murids of Sayyid Abu alHuda (q) they also claimed to represent the Shaykh. They formed a group called 'Lightstudy'. When Saqib Mahmood came to Birmingham as a representative of Shaykh Ya'qoubi he told people that Deobandis are Ahl alSunna and this is the Shaykh's official view. This was in 2006. Rizwan and Saqib were Deobandi influenced and represented the Shaykh. I would like to add that Shaykh Yaseen is a blessing for "Sacredknowledge" so they should always take his guidance on local issues. The Shaykh is not always in the country and doesn't know everything. Remember when some murids were claiming that the Shaykh allows woment to travel without a mahram. This was false. When the Shaykh clarified in Birmingham his position was orthodox.
have you ever attended a class by Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi? brother - this section of the forum is called 'events'. the purpose of it is to advertise events. you don't have to visit it if you don't like the idea of advertising events. because 'some time back' we didn't exist. Sacred Knowledge was formed in 2007. you can see our work on our website. Wadood: can anyone upload a video of the khutba which was delivered by the Shaykh about the uprising in Syria? Can anyone upload it, without there being some kind of objection from the Shaykh or his other students or murids? can anyone upload audio and recordings of the Shaykhs to a website? Can anyone release CD's and audio material of the Shaykh consistently, while nobody else has this material. if you don't trust Sacred Knowledge, i'm afraid that's your problem. We are murids and students of the Shaykh - that's enough proof that we are sunni. if not, here is the proof: We are Sunni. is that enough?
