well, the way i see it, khwaja e ajmer took from ghawth e a'zam and not the other way round. hence, it should be read as the original because khwaja e ajmer gives us to drink and the drink is from baghdad. please correct me if i have misunderstood.
Jazaak Allah Sidi Aqdas for correction. On a lighter note.. Is i wrong if it is recited the other way?
Assalaamu 'Alaykum Sub'haan Allah .. Beautiful Kalaam of Huzoor Bedam Shah Warsi Rahmatullah 'Alayh. And interestingly, I heard this Naat Shareef, for the first time, from my Blessed Shaykh, when he came to my place. I remember some of the lines (correct me Sidi abu Hasan if i am mistaken) bey khud kiye dete hain, andaaz hijabanah aa dil me tujhe rakh loon, ay jalwa-e-jaanana peene ko toh pee loonga, bus shart zara si hai Baghdad ka Saaqi ho, Ajmer ka Maikhana Jaana tere milne ki, tarqeeb yeh sochi hai iss dil me banaa lenge, chhota sa sanamkhaana mai hosh-o-Hawaas apne, iss baat pe kho baitha jab toone kahaa hans ke, aaya mera Deewanah Bedam meri Qismat me, Sajde hain isi dar ke Chhoota hai nah chootega, sung-e-Dar-e-Jaanana ALLAH HAAFIZ
