Assalaamu alaykum. I was hoping if any knowledgeable brother here could answer this question:

Person A has debts and requirement for funds for other purposes(business investments), and being unable to procure funds from other sources decides to sell his land to B. A himself offers to sell the land to B and B accepts it. Is this sale appropriate or will it come under duress/coercion, i.e bay al mudtar? ( I don't know if it's relevant, but the debt A has was the money he took from someone as loan for buying the said land)
