it seems he was released based on pressure by "shaykh" fadaaq and his mahabba team. This mahabba seems odd.

The person giving this blasphemer the gift is "Shaykh Abdullah Fadaaq", the sufi appointed head in the government, and friends of Habib Ali. He seems to be following the same methodology, agenda as Habib Ali.

Why does not he give gifts to wahabis who repent from their daily blasphemies and convert to Sunni, and take a picture at the same time, or his Shiite friends in the eastern province and Kuwait?

i don't understand why was not a wahabi mullah offering the gift to Kashghari? The foremost in offering gifts to blasphemers are the so called soofees. Is it Sufi PR?

i understand Kashghari comes from a migrant sunni family from Jeddah [Kashghar is in Xinjiang, China]. Ok, his repentence is fine. if i were "shaykh" Fadaaq, i would banish him from Jeddah and the whole of Hijaz Shareef, and ask him to go live in Uyaynah or Qateef.

in this case, they defied ibn taymiyyah and the hanbali position.

the hanbalis and the malikis are the most strict in this issue - ibn taymiyyah, in spite of all his flaws, has an admirable zeal to defend the honour of the Prophet sallALlahu alayhi wa sallam.

he is unwilling to concede an inch in this matter. one could say, his harshness and rigidity is put to good use.

if the said kashaghri has indeed repented, then the shafiyi position is of accepting repentance of a blasphemer.

all we ask is an example from the salaf that they referred to RasulAllah SallAllahu alayhi wa sallam as their brother. "but he did not refer to them as brothers..."

let us take imam ahmed ibn Hanbal or imam bukhari - did they ever aspire to become his brothers? sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam.

surely, they knew of the sunnah of RasulAllah SallAllahu alayhi wa sallam more than us? in fact, there are also other saHabah to whom RasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam referred as his brother. sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam.

    for example, sayyiduna umar
[sayyiduna] umar ibn al-khattab raDiyallahu anhu said: 'i asked permission of the Prophet sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam for umrah; and he gave me permission. and said: "O my brother, include us in your prayers and don't forget us". [sayyiduna umar] says: so he said those words, that i cherish more than the world. [tirmidhi abu dawud]
yet, when sayyiduna umar referred to RasulALlah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam he said:
"i was with RasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa salla, and i was his slave and his servant..." [al-mustadrak ala al-Sahihayn]
look at the difference. in spite of RasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam explicitly mentioning sayyiduna umar by name as his brother, and the words that he cherished dearly, sayyiduna umar did not dare to say: 'i was his brother.' in fact, this second quote is when he became the khalifa and was trying to reassure people who feared his 'harshness'. why did he not say: "i was his brother.."?

the question is did sayyiduna Ali ever refer to RasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam as his elder brother or address him as "ya akhi"?

RasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam mentioned a group of people whom he referred as 'my brothers'. this is an honour, but does not mean that those people should begin referring to themselves or to RasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam as brothers. there is no proof from kitab or sunnah that the morons who wrote those responses are included in that noble group; on the contrary, due to their disrespect, they act as those who are destined to be dogs of hell.

you aspire to be his brothers, (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam); we fear that you will be dogs of hell if you do not learn to respect him sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam.

    al `iyadhu billah.

I think it be more useful if those responses be refuted point by point rather than take snippets, put words in their mouths and make a mountain out of a molehill, seriously how many wahhabis have you heard refer to the Messenger (Allahs blessings and peace be upon him)as our brother ,i haven't and iv met my fare share .

the whole passage of tafwiyat is: 'respect him like your elder brother and even in that, there should be minimisation.'

so, they want muslims to respect rasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam even less than you would your elder brother. astaghfirullah!

update: for the time being, i take the above quote back. only when i find it in tafwiyat will i quote it.

What you have missed is: a) the Messenger sallAllahu alayhi wasallam referring to a group as 'my brothers' is one thing, and a group of people referring to the best of creation as 'our brother', (which Isma'il Dihlawi did so in 'Taqwiyat alImaan) is something totally different. Maybe you should read 'Atyab alBayan'.

Ahadith like 'I'am a man like you and I forget like you forget', are not taken literally by ahl alsunna, and that is also the case with the hadith in question.

    b) the point I'am making is that how can a group like the above aspire to be those mentioned in the hadith? It is obvious that the hadith is not general to all believers but a specific group. That group would be the likes of Imam Shafi', Imam Malik, Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam Ahmad, Imam Suyan Thawri etc.

and Imam Nawawi and others from the latecomers.

Yet never did any of these Imams refer to the best of creation as 'our brother' or 'elder brother' or 'respect him like your elder brother'. The people who wrote the above passage are followers of Ismai'l.

If the messenger of Allah (Allah's blessings and peace be upon ) refers to those from his umma who believe in him while not having seen him as brothers and anyone aspires or wishes to to be amongst those fortunate ones what's the issue ,have we missed something?

The Wahabis have written 20 responses to the lecture of Mawlana Asrar on Milad:

In the Wahabi response this is a snippet of what they wrote (after insulting Ala Hazrat and Asrar Rashid):

So the Najdi's actually believe they are brothers to the best of creation!!

king abdAllah a little later turned around and faced the Qiblah to do du'a with his back to the Prophet SalAllahu 'alaihi wa alihi wa Sallam, following a wahabi imam with no reservation.

after reading the news again, like it or not, i have developed a likeness for king abdullah after reading this. and if it is true, he really knows his priorities very well; and it indicates that he was outraged too.

earlier, he had saluted RasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam at the rawDah mubarakah and shrugged off a wahabi when he tried to lower his hand. he broke the wahabi back when he cut off state funding for wahabi-mutawwahs and the country became less hostile to sunnis in his reign. (Allah ta'ala knows best; all of this is from anecdotal evidence and reports. but as i understand, sunnis are more open with mawlid etc. only recently - could be a coincidence.)

it is the ruler's right and he should use it; this is what ulama mean when they say, the repentance of the blasphemer is not accepted. certainly, if kashaghri has repented sincerely, he can hope to be forgiven; we must not doubt his intention when he says he is remorseful and renews his iman.

as for his execution: malikis and hanbalis do not exempt him; shafiyis and hanafis allow the ruler to take a decision and pardon him from execution (after sincere repentance) if the situation edges him towards it.

    Allah ta'ala knows best.

why dont they cry and ask for the sword when their own wahabis blaspheme against the dignity of the Prophet SalAllahu 'alaihi wa alihi wa Sallam on live Satellite Television.

they are trying their best to remove every trace of our Habeeb SalAllahu 'alaihi wa alihi wa Sallam life in Madeena Munwwara, so that only the blessed green dome and its noble sanctuary is left.

should not they cry and apply the sword on their necks for the blashphemies they do daily.

Any sane, rational, objective person can tell that what the wahabis do is blasphemy. The person does not need religious understanding. Its plain obvious.

this is the kellerian line and don't be surprised if that fallacy-ridden article by nuh keller is bandied about.

someone ought to do something about this.

There is much to this story than what the media says.

why did the wahabis not use someone from Najad, but once again, a secular/modernist Hijazi, danger to their control, kashgari, fast becoming a youth hero????

the mulla regime in saudi is no different than mulla regime in iran.

their new recruit on Egyptian Satellite Television, owned by their talal, who also owns a big chunk of yahoodi tweeter, said things worse than kashgari, and repeatedly, and even defended them.

Sunnis, and sane people, across Egypt and the Arab world were in uproar and defended the dignity of the Prophet SalAllahu alaihi wa alihi wa Sallam. yet there was not a squeek from the shameless wahabis. just because the egyptian was their friend and on their pay-roll.

this is a publicity ploy by the saudi wahabis to compete with local Sunnis in the Hijaz for the love of RasulAllah salAllahu 'alaihi wa alihi wa Sallam

They want to show the public they love the Prophet SalAllahu 'alaihi wa alihi wa Sallam more than than the local blessed Habaib of Hijaz

it is their old tactic to confuse the public

btw, if the tweets and facebook status updates of the sheeple are any indicators of what their 'shuyukh' teach them, the mantra is something like this (not exact quote, just the mantra):

"The Prophet of Mercy, sal Allahu 3alaihi wa sallam, would himself forgive someone like this. He has forgiven people for harsher treatments to him. Didn't people throw thorns in his path? What did he, 3alaihis salam, say to the people of Taif? Would the greatest Prophet of Allah, the greatest bearer of mercy have this jahil* executed or would he forgive him? He should be told what an idiot* he has been and left to contemplate over his stupidity* and given the room to do better. Specially now that he has been remorseful/repented. Just some stupid words won't hurt the Prophet or Islam or the ummah. "

    * they have swallowed their adab and attempted to be pretentiously and negligibly harsh because of his 'bad behaviour'

btw, the blasphemer is in some real hot water but i wouldn't be surprised if the wahabis let him off either due to their manhaj or international pressure. he tweeted and then realized what he did, immediately "repented" and was en route to new zealand, the wahabi king personally ordered his arrest. he got arrested in malaysia and now he's deported back from malaysia

    and al-iyadhu billah.

we pray to Allah ta'ala to vouchsafe us; and keep us in this world as long as it is safe for our eeman, and take us away if living is detrimental to our aakhirah.

may we live and die in a state that we love and respect RasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam.
