this is what happens when a culture of 'man like us' is created. like it or not, the wahabi-salafi-devbandi maulvis are indirectly responsible for this creed of disrespect. the reason juhala bray today is because their masters, the turban-beard maulvi taught them that respecting RasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam 'more than necessary' is shirk.

no devbandi will (probably) shed tears because their head-honcho ismayil (alayhi ma alayhi) said that you ought to respect him only like a big brother and be even restrained in it.

the scoundrel's apologies look like he is worried about saving his wretched neck, and i have no sympathy for him.

apparently one of his tweets says: 'i talk to you like a friend...nothing more.' and in another: 'i shake your hand like an equal'.

let every donkey, with a long beard or not, who keeps saying that RasulAllah SallALlahu alayhi wa sallam, is 'like us' 'like us' be warned: he/she is no different than this kashaghri.

    we didn't even know.

    Terribly sad and confusing times.

On the one hand, the wahabis are trying a guy for blasphemy against the honor of the Prophet, 3alaihis salam, that he tweeted on the blessed occasion of the Mawlid, and up in arms about it; while on the other hand, I am yet to hear a squeak from the popular "Sunni" circles on the net. (I admit this lapse may be 100% my own lapse).

What caught my eye was the usage of the word "qadasah".

The blasphemer (who is rumored to have repented according to some reports) used the same word and said something along the lines of "i do not love halos of qadasah (sanctity/holiness)" and he is talking about the Messenger of Allah! wal 3eyadhu billah. See picture:

On the other hand, the very fine scholars with the utmost of adab and akhlaq, on the "A Common Word" website, use the same word in regards to the pope:

Once upon a time, Muslims used to say Qaddas Allah sirrahu to our awliyaa and scholars!

    Strange times we live in!
