inna LilAllahi wa inna ilaihi raji'oon, Ya Allah. I was asked by one of the Naqshbandi Shaykhs in Lahore, Pakistan, to meet Dr Mas'ud raHmatuAllah 'alayh in Karachi. Ya Allah, if only I could have met him. My heart aches

 

inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un.

may Allah grant him an extensive paradise and shower him with His riDa.

 

Inna lillaha wa inna ilayhi raji'oon...may Allaah bless him and make his family firm

 

Inna lillaha wa inna ilayhi raji'oon. May he, rahmatullah alayhi, join the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم in jannatul firdaws and recieve the intercession of Our Master! amen.

I am personally saddened as I did have some personal correspondence and contact with the Professor.

 

Sad News A'ashiqe Aa'la Hadrat A'llamah Shaykh Dr Professor Masud Ahmad an Naqshbandi al Mujaddidi radi Allahu a'nhu wa rahimahullahu Ta'ala passed away on monday 22nd Rabi' ut Thani 1429 AH, 28th April 2008.

A true hard working sincere exalted scholar has joined his Creator.

Masu'de Millah A'ashiqe Aa'la Hadrat, Mahire Rizwiyaat, A'lime ba A'mal Hadrat A'llamah Shaykh Dr Masud Ahmad an Naqshbandi al Mujaddididi ar Rizwi radi Allahu Ta'ala a'nhu. The Shaykh was a great scholar who spent all of his life doing the khidmah of the Deen, and defending the truth.

He was a true defender of the Ahl us Sunnah wal Jama'ah and a sincere true lover of Aa'la Hadrat Shaykh ul Islam Mujaddid Aa'zam Imam Ahmad Rida radi Allahu Ta'ala a'nhu, he wrote numerous books on various topics including a number of books in defence of Aa'la Hadrat Shaykh ul Islam Mujaddid Aa'zam, Imam Ahmad Rida radi Allahu Ta'ala a'nhu especially answering the innovators.

May Allah A'zza wa Jall give him an elevated rank in Jannat ul Firdaws in the vicinity of the Blessed Prophet Muhammad Rasulullah sall Allahu a'laihi wa Aalihi wasallam his blessed family and his companions. May Allah A'zza wa Jall give sabrun Jameel to all his family members, mureeds, students, friends and all that knew him.

Ameen Thumma Ameen bijahin Nabi al Kareem sall Allahu a'laihi wa Aalihi wasallam.
