Brother this is nothing new, this old sickness, similar and much more tougher questions were asked, check out the books of kalam.

he stated was that God punishing
humanity for eternity is a contradiction
of it the attribute of being all
merciful this was the first objection
the second objection was how can God
punish people for eternal eternally if
they have a variety of religions to
choose from which is difficult for a
person to make the right choice as well
as the weakness of the human brain and
societal ills and different societal
influences that may make a person make
influence a person he noted that he make
the wrong choice so why would God punish
someone for making the wrong choice when
the person has a situation which would
have made him make the wrong choice in

the first is that the objection of the
formal Muslim has ignored the fact that
Allah subhana WA Ta'ala does not only
have the attribute of all merciful he
has other attributes like ----- the

has multiple other attributes when
discussing the mercy of allah subhana wa
ta'ala this person has looked at one
thing which is the the punishment of
disbelievers for eternality and
therefore says this negates the
all-merciful aspect of allah subhana wa
ta'ala when in reality does not because
unless Ranawat arab when he is actually
beautiful being all merciful the effect
of that attribute is shown to certain
aspects of his creation and is withheld
from certain aspects of his creation
meaning in the Quran Allah subhana WA
Ta'ala tells us regarding the favors he
conferred on humanity with regard to
certain things by choice meaning Allah
Allah Allah God Almighty makes the
choice of giving humanity certain favors
out of choice but then god almighty also
in the Quran tells us that if humans
make the wrong choices regarding certain
things then they will face the effect of
his other attributes one of those being
meaning the one who punishes meaning
Allah certainly punish them so this
punishment does not contradict the
attribute of being all merciful because
him being all merciful he has made some
of those aspects of Messi he God
Almighty has made conditional with
regard to the second that human beings
may make the wrong choices the response
to that is this is correct but when God
tells us that he will punish a specific
group for eternality or another group
for eternal at the eternality this is
the general universal judgment as for
individual salvation then this can only
be judged by God Almighty so if a child
is born to a mother with a drug addict
and he has certain societal influences
subtle influences that make him make the
wrong choices when god almighty will
judge him all those considerations are
given so we cannot say specifically
which person will go to hell and mr.
Quran has told us like Abu Lahab is
specified is going to help the
individuals are specified is going to
help but generally the judgment is
disbelievers will go to help but
specific individuals unless the Quran
has not told us we cannot make that firm
judgment that person is definitely going
to hell because we do not know their
specific circumstances their personal
influences their psychological state all
this is only known to God Almighty and
only he can judge so this also is a
fallacy in fact both arguments are
fallacies and if I went into more depth
I would be able to answer this from
multiple angles but this was only in
response to those two points he had made

The ex muslim seems to be agrueing on how Allah Subhana wa tala can be mercy yet knowingly create people who are destined for hell. Think the experts of Mantiq could try answering this...
