Due to the lack of any viable response from this establishment despite it being approximately 6 weeks now I think it is safe to say "YES, THEY ARE AT IT AGAIN!!!" Oh dear to anyone buying meat and chicken from these people.
As an update on this halal certification authority, I sent the following questions due to concerns and to date have not received any reply- it is coming on two weeks now and still waiting. : To whom it may concern: I cam across your new venture on Halal Certification. I have some questions if you could answer them please so people can learn more about your processes: 1. In what capacity do you use the Scholar's on your board- please be specific how they are part of the process? 2. Can you specify Tauqir Ishaq's and Mr Faried's direct experience in Halal certification and auditing of meat/poultry? Can this be verified? 3. Who are your expert consultants that you claim to use? Please provide details on who they are? 4. Are you stunning? If so is it true that you remove every hundredth chicken? 5. How many people are employed by you Full time- please be specific on full time only and can they be contacted? 6. Have any other third parties inspected your process and can they be contacted? Of course ensuring that we eat Halal is extremely important so it is our duty to check and double check when someone is in the business of certification and auditing to ensure that the correct criteria are met.
Salaam. I knew these people personally for over 10 years and by Allah's Grace I was saved. A warning on the following new venture so people are in the know. These guys set up failed businesses left right and centre and it's just ridiculous how people still give them money. On top of that they have this new halal regulatory commission which states some stuff which well let's just say having known them for years - doesn't add up. Tauqir has no experience in this area yet there are wild claims about his experience. This Faried guy is Faizul Aqtab's number 2 and his main experience as I saw it was serving as a PA. I might be wrong. However, if these people are pressed harder I am certain many things will come to light. They also stun the chicken and take the hundredth one off the line. Their track record with trying to extort money and being taken to court is enough to raise eyebrows and I would urge that people take every precaution with them and their ventures. On top of this, there seems to be a direct correlation between people who have got involved financially with them and Spiritual attacks. My advice stay away from them and their businesses to be safe.
