the hour-long programme last night at 9pm on bbc4 was quite good. it was about the contribution of muslims to science and mathematics and other sciences. it was by a professor from surrey university, i think, who was born in baghdad. it is a 3 part series and the next programme in same time next week, i.e. monday 9pm bbc4, sky channel 116.
