Also,please inform that scholar that in the last Urs of Ala Hazrat at Bareilly Sharif, Muhaddith e Kabeer, made open and public accusations on this book. I will be happy if any one can enlighten me with sharii evidence. May AllaH Ta'ala strengthen ahlus sunnah wal jamaah. Ameen. Nothing is confidential in matters of dispute now a days. Many scholars are using whats App and face book do upload every minute details. The murideen of many scholars who are not aware about the ground reality or the real issue under consideration are accusing senior scholars of being 'non sunni'. Are we not ashamed that a molvi has written a book against Mawlana Yaseen Akhtar misbahi in which he has called him " yazeed" and ' dajjal" ( because Misbahi sahab has lost sight in one eye). The irony is that the 'other' group is now calling this scholar ( the writer of this filthy writing) as " Allama" and 'Mufti' and one of them has bestowed his khilafat to this molvi! Closing eye is not a solution. We need to discuss these things if it becomes a source of confusion among sunnis. I personally do not like to start these things, but when it becomes necessary , we have to participate.
First,please bring the evidence of your claim. We are not wahabbis where every individual becomes a mujtahid and issues fatwa. The jama'h of the scholars in any given time will never agree on dalaalat or misguidance. The general population of ahlus sunnah has relied and followed the sunni scholarship since 1300 years and we will continue to do so. Sadly, the accusations go unchecked. You need to bring the evidence first.

As such I am not making any judgements about Mawlana Yaseen Akhtar or accusing him of anything yet. More info is needed in this regard. In the same breath I will add that I do not doubt Allamah sahib and Azhari miyan's uprightness and erudition. So far this case is inexplicable to me. Many things are going on in the background which are elusive to even the scholars I am in touch with. Another scholar I talked to just now has expressed exasperation at the way sunni unity is being trampled on and has advised me to mantain silence without harboring doubts about any senior shuyookh on either side and let the fitnas die their natural death. I hope to follow the advice and except for the info requested by ss I will add nothing to this. I request fellow sunnis to exercise discretion since both sides are ours and somewhere cunning wolves are involved. This is not for AQ lest he come back saying 'stop telling me what to do'. Wasslaam.
Has a istifta been given to the scholars mentioned above? how do you know they don't regard him as a bad mazhab? I do not say they regard him as a non sunni. I am merely asking, do you know they don't. Leave this two Shuyukh to the side. What is the ruling on anyone who says such things?

I hope, this won't be a difficult task, as he is your close friend and one spends maximum 9 years as a student in Ashrafiya. So please ask him and let me know.
I am sorry, but this is not an accepted methodology. You bring your evidence or get me a fatwa from Tajusshariah or Muhadiith e Kabeer that Ubaidullah Khan Azmi is a bad mazhab or a non-sunni. Since you are asking me to go to Ghosi, do one thing. Go to Ghosi, take an oath ( regarding the statement you said about Ubaidulah azami) in front of any scholar you wish ( as per you methodology this oath will now become a shari'i evidence!) and then ask that Mufti to issue the fatwa against Ubaidullah Azmi. This is the level now! When top scholars like Taajusshariah and Muhaddith e Kabeer have not called Ubaidullah Khan Azmi a ' bad mazhab' or a ' non sunni' , but on internet forums, accusations are made openly and when asked to bring evidence , the person has no reply! Which article? There are two scholars with the same name. Mawlana Shamshad Misbahi ( who teaches at Ghosi) and Mawlana Shamshad Bhagalapuri thumma Badayuni, who wrote a book against Mawlana Yaseen Akhtar Misbahi. Note: If you bring such fatwa from any of the above two scholars I will accept,or else, you prove your point. 2) When accusations are made in public , the evidence has to be give in public. Don't ask me to to go Ghosi. Till the time, you bring these evidence I am not stopping from asking you for the same. Please be decent and prove what you said or retract.
You will never bring evidence on this accusation. Everyone can observe, how easy it is to make a claim and run away from evidence.
Now this is established: Questions to AQA. 1) Person A openly says Khomeyni, the Murtad is a representative of the Prophet. What is the ruling on him? 2) He does not do open tawba and yet Shaykh Y sits with him, does programs with him and regards him as a Sunni Scholar. What is the ruling on Shaykh Y, if he knows that Person A said such and as of yet, has not done Rujoo.
Ubaidullah Khan Azmi said it right on the podium in Ashrafiyyah in front of the students - my close friend was studying there at the time and he heard it with his own ears. Not one scholar present there raised a voice - I think because he is a politician. Brother sunnistudent, I am surprised that you don't know this as this is a hot topic on the ashrafiyyah campus. I gather that you know Misbahi sahib very well you can ask him if you doubt it. I don't know the exact year. Wassalaam.

I have made this claim. I don't know when he said it and I don't know where but I know he did say it. If I cannot provide evidence then ask Ubaid Khan to take an oath and he is free from my accusation. Al-Yameenu ala man ankara. This article written by Shaykh Akhtar is after the two articles by Shaykh Yaseen. Shaykh Shamshad Misbahi is not an Aleemi and he has not written anything refuting Shaykh Yaseen. You made the claim that Shaykh Asjad told Shaykh Diya al Mustafa, and about Saadat e Bilgram. Don't tell me to ask Fulan. Prove it.
Mawlana Asjad Raza informed Shaykh Diya al Mustafa about the letter written by Mawlana Yaseen Akhtar Misbahi. You can confirm this from Mawlana Asjad Raza. There has been no reply from him . When the accusations have been made publicly, why is the proof not given in public? Isn't it ajeeb that I slander you openly in forum and ask you to PM me to know the reason? Every possible effort and request has been made including mediation of sadaat of Bilgiraam. There has been no proof of the accusations. Mufti Shamshad Hussain Aleemi wrote an article proving how the book' Irfan e Mazhab wa maslak' is against 'sunniyat'. The article was answered and refuted by Mawlana Yaseen Akhtar Misbahi who has openly circulated his letter saying that if the claimants are true, he will do tawba. After that there has been no reply except some young murideen printing and circulating the old accusations. I have direct contact with both the scholars whom you have named. Brother, I do not know much about Ubaidullah Khan, who is an Ex MP. Since you have made the claim, now just do one thing. Please tell me when did Ubaidullah Khan say this? Go to Ghosi and meet Shaykh Diya al Mustafa or his Student Shaykh Shamshad. Meet Shaykh Akhtar from Jamia Aleemia. Meet those whom you can meet. Do you know history of a man called Ubaidullah Khan ( I read about him on SunnaForum) who said the Murtad Khomeyni is a representative of the Prophet Muhammad Peace and Salutations upon him in abundance and some Ulema like Shaykh Yaseen regarding him as sunni sahih ul Aqiyda. AbdalQadirAttari hates Hamza, Shaykh Yaqoubi, Habib Ali Jifri etc for saying similar statements so what about this Ubaidullah Khan? I came across his name in Shaykh Akhtars pamhplet, did some research and found out about him. People can also do the same. If regarding such people as Sunnis is not SulH Kulliy-ism then I don't know what is. All this is a bit shocking and too much to take for a person like me and I wish I hadn't joined this forum but I have and I enganged and entertained a thread I shouldn't have. I won't and can't run away from this now as I'm in the middle of it. Otherwise people will accuse me of cowardice. Not that I care but a Sunni has Ghayrat and some people on this forum come across as beygharat. Fix up, talk nicely. People like AQA remind me of computers. Open letters and direct phone calls have been made to Mawlana Asjad Raza , but there has been no reply. A direct letter was written to Al Haj Saeed Noori ( Raza Academy) asking him to forward the letter to Mawlana Asjad Raza. The letter requested mediation and proof of accusations. The letter was forwarded to Mawlana Asjad Raza ( you can confirm this from Al Haj Saeed Noori. There has been no reply.
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم I find such words amazing and some what bewildering, when there is absence of ijma3 and there is differing of opinions and if a person choose (for whatever reason) to adopt a differing opinion we should beat them up with "our yard stick", malign them and insult them, yet we do not apply the same yard stick to ourselves..........amzazing. No supprise why our youth are so confused and are now attending deobandi centres and sohbets given by kellerites.....
