if both the conditions remain, it will still be Haram; packaging can be easily faked. Hint:search for a cheap Rolex on the web.

and look a sample fraud case: https://shophalal.com/2013-2014-halal-scam-turkey-meat-sold-as-halal-lamb/

Would it be Halal and not Tayyib? Or completely Haram?

Also, the meat comes packaged. Therefore, any tampering with the meat would require for the person to open the package which would be evident. Would this still warrant for the meat to be Haram?

    As per the Hanafi school:
The meat would NOT be Halaal due to (1) Lack of Muslim supervision (or control) during its transit and (2) sold at stores run by Kuffar. In this case, both the reasons are present.

Could someone kindly elucidate the ruling on the following scenario:

A Mufti has certified that chicken being slaughtered in a particular factory is Halal. Within the factory there are Muslim workers. However, from the factory to the stores and even the stores themselves are owned and run by Kufar. The meat is not under Muslim supervision. Is it Halal to consume such meat?

Please provide evidences on this ruling according to the four schools (there are some adherents of the Shafi`i and Hanbali schools who require answers on this matter).
