These are some old notes I had gotten a copy of in English. The tajweed rules are fine but the key to recitation aiding symbols is based on the Arabic prints. It also shows how the tajweed rules are standardized and inherently incorporated in the Arabic prints in the vowel indicators themselves. It really explains the concepts in a very simple and powerful manner in English.

so, if it's in the middle, there is light qalqala and if it's the last letter of the verse, there is strong qalqala?

if one of the q-u-T-u-b-j-d letters appears in the middle of a verse or at the end:

is the rule that if it's in the middle, there is light qalqala and if it's the last letter of the verse, there is strong qalqala? or is it the other way round?

qul huwAllahu ahad [last letter of verse]
laqad khalaqnal insaana [middle of verse]
