Not 12pm but rather the time of istiwa, which people commonly know as zawal. Just check your timetable for zawal time and Zuhr start time. You're not allowed to pray between these two times. Reciting Qur'an is allowed but it's better not to.
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Is there anything regarding about one shouldn't pray when its 12 o clock or recite the Qur'an at that particular moment/time. As soon as it has pass 12 o clock one can begin praying and reciting the Qur'an. Is this true? Can anyone please shed some light... JazakAllahu Khayran.
