    salam

    the brother was asked;

    you mentioned the following;
    you said;

    "According to Imam Subki and other scholars Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddiq was the greatest wali among men and Sayyidah Fatimah is the greatest wali among both men and women after the Prophets.That is,she was even superior to Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddiq.That was because,the Prophet descibed her as a `flesh from his body'."

    ===a Mufti has said to this;

    where did imam subki and "other scholars" said this? and the conclusion that "she was even superior to Sayyiduna Abu Bakr..." where are these words said? nab'hani, "other scholars" or subki, who said it?
    let him present the arabic texts first.

    ===

    and, you said;

    "Sayyiduna Abu Bakr was unanimously believe to be the greatest man after the Prophets.It was you who asked whether Sayyidah Fatimah was greater than Abu Bakr or not,and I mentioned the opinion of Imam Subki and other scholars who considered Fatimah to be greater.Shaykh Nabhani discussed that in details in his book:Sharf al-Mu'abbad Li Aali Muhammad."

    ===

    the Mufti said;

    please give us the reference from nab'hani's book or any reliable reference that quotes imam subki and other scholars.
    don't act like evolutionists - building a tower on a foundation of lies. "I mentioned the opinion of Imam Subki".
    what did imam subki actually say? where did he say it? what is the reference?
    until the first question is answered, the rest can wait:

    (my request:can you please give Arabic references?)

    the response from the brother;

    "After I review the book Sharf ul-Mu'abbad, I realized that I was mistaken. Imam Nabhani is speaking about the superiority of Sayyadi Fatima over all other women. He quoted Scholars like Subki, Siyuti, Zarakshi and Maqrizi who attested the superiority of Sayyida Fatima over all other women. The statement did not include Sayyadina Abu Bakr Siddiq."

    then the brother said;

    "Let me clarify my position. About a year or two years back I was mistaken by misquoting both Imam Yusuf Nabhani and Shaykh Taqiuddin Subki concerning the superiority of Sayyada Fatimat uz-Zahra (radiyallahu anha) over all people who are not Prophets (alaihim us-salam) including Sayyadina Abu Bakr Siddiq. After I review the book SHARFUL MU'ABBAD LI AaLI MUHAMMAD again, I realized that I was mistaken. Imam Nabhani quoted Imam Subki as saying that Sayyida Fatima (radiyallahu anha) is only superior to all other women including Nana Khadijat ul-Kubra and Sayyida Maryam bint Imram (radiyallahu anhuma). The statement did not include Sayyadina Abu Bakr Siddiq (radiyallahu anhu)."

    he was asked:

    but, is the superiority of Sayyidinna Abu Bakr alSiddique, Radhiullah Ta'la anhu not include both men and women?

    his response.

    "He is superior to all people who are not prophets."

    he was asked:

    please give a reference'"Imam Nabhani quoted Imam Subki as saying that Sayyida Fatima (radiyallahu anha) is only superior to all other women."

    response,

    "In Sharf ul-Mu'abbad by Nabhani in the section on the merits of Fatimat uz-Zahra. He made reference not only to Imam Subki but also Siyuti, Zarakshi and Maqrizi."

    on the same site another brother gave a refernce:
    Read the page in SHARF UL-MUABBAD by Imam Nabhani.

    in sharaf al-mu'abbad, imam nab'hani explains this facet of superiority among women, discussing the superiority of sayyidah faTimah raDi'Allahu anha. p.58-59.

    (the cited arabic passage in my previous post is also from the same book).

    @Aqdas Which of Shah Sahib's followers uses Imam Malik's narration to suggest Sayida Fatima is superior than Syeduna Abu Bakr

    Salam
    i have asked this before, but, can Mufti Abu Hasan shahib, please, could you, clarify the following attributed to the noble a'imma of ahl Sunna wa alJama'?
    whether they have said this? is it from there books?
    and what is the correct interpretation?
    is it the jamhur understanding of ahl al Sunna wal Jama?
    are these opinions, from the A'imma, mentioned, permited to to be followed?

    what is Ala Hadrat, Rahmatullahu Tala 'alayh, understanding?

    someone said the following, (edited);

    "The 'ulama said that there isn't any comparison between Sayyidatun-nisa til Jannah Fatima al Batul ('alayha salam) and Abu Bakr as Siddiq al akbar.

    They are of two different kinds.

    None is like the Ahl al Bayt!

    And the greatest Companion is as-Siddiq!

    The learned usually avoid comparing the two."

    ===

    also, the brother, said this;

    ===

    ===

    also, the brother, said this;

    ===

    "Shaykh Nabahani quoted Sayyidah A'isha saying that:I have not seen anybody greater than Fatimah except her Father...and Abu Dhar Ghifari said:the Prophet said that:<Fatimah is a flesh from my body> and I will never equate the flesh of the Prophet with anybody. (Sharf al-Mu'abbad,pg.59).

    According to the book:Nur ul-Absar,by Shaykh Shiblanji Shafi'i,the position of Qutbaniyyah was firstly given to Fatimah after the death of the Prophet,it was only after her death that the position was given to Abu Bakr,then Umar,then Uthman,and then Ali,then Hassan and then Hussein,etc."

    Irfanis have been lying against Imam Malik to push tafdili shiah creed.

    Shaykh Asrar answers their deception in the presence of Irfan Shah who nods in agreement.

    So the leader agrees that Imam Malik was referring to partial excellence but his followers today are misconstruing the same.

    Who is right?
