    pg 30 to 32 - the molvi talks about mawdudi's beadab prose - and yet ashraf ali's kufriya lines are worse than this. yet donkeys like zameel will bray about it.

    yes, would you by any chance have the anti-mawdudi fatawa passed by devband? i read them long ago and basically they've taken mawdudi to task for other disrespectful comments that are less severe than their akabireen's comments. of course i don't condone mawdudi either, but it's just sad how the devbandis can spot the beadabi in mawdudi but not their own akabireen.

    it's also funny how he counts Allamah Fadle Rasul rahimahullah as a "Barelwi". i guess their logic is anyone who tells the truth about their akabir, he's a Barelwi, doesn't matter if it's Fadle Rasul or Gibril Haddad or anyone

    He should take a look at the thread on Thanvi, I’d be interested in seeing what he has to say about the behaviour of his ‘Hakeem-ul-Ummat’.

    As for the Kufr in تقویة الایمان, he claims that we deliberately misinterpret the statement of Isma’il Dehlvi to be an insult towards رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم when the intended meaning was ‘to bury.’

    If the intended meaning of مٹی میں ملنے والا truly was to ‘be buried’ or ‘come into contact with soil’ then why did Molvi Mushtaq Ahmad feel the need to alter the original statement from میں بھی ایک دن مر کر مٹی میں ملنے والا ہوں to میں بھی ایک دن فوت ہو کر آغوش لحد میں جا سوؤں گا, since we already know what “Shāh Ismā’īl Shahīd” meant, there should be no need to rephrase anything.

    To understand the ‘Aqeedah of Isma’il Dehlvi regarding رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم, the following example from صراط مستقیم, Pg.169-170 is sufficient:

    Isma’il Dehlvi says that it is better to be completely enthralled in the thought of an Ox or Donkey, than to think of رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم during Namaz, as doing so could lead to Shirk. This statement of Kufr is enough “context” to understand what he intended by مٹی میں ملنے والا۔

    It was Molvi Manzoor Nomani who first made the ta’weel that in the statement مٹی میں ملنے والا the word میں has been used interchangeably with سے, so it could also be read as مٹی سے ملنے والا, which when translated loosely into English could mean ‘come into contact with soil’. This shows the level of Urdu of the Deobandi Akabireen, who don’t know the difference between the words میں and سے.

    The definitions shown in فیروز اللغات for مٹی میں ملنا included: to make extinct, to remove all traces of and to lay waste to something, and from all those he only saw ‘to bury’, this is nothing more than wilful blindness.

    I thought “milne” is from the word milna
    which literally means to blend, join, meet, mix so I don’t understand his translation “come into contact with”

    I just checked the dictionary for that idiom and got
    مِٹّی میں مِٹّی مِلنا
    mitti mein mitti milna

    Meaning from the dictionary:
    فنا ہو جانا، جسم کا خاک میں ملنا، خاک کے ساتھ خاک ہو جانا، مر کر خاک ہو جانا

    To be ruined, being mixed body with soil, being soil after death

    I just understood the phrase used in TKM as an explanation of that idiom.

    i guess you can sell that to half-liberal half-devbandi-wannabe ABCD micromolvis, but it's seriously hilarious to real curry munching unkils like us

    he himself shamelessly cites Urdu explanations most of which are negative, including "tabah barbad ho jana" and then draws idiotic connections to the Arabic raheen rams.

    i don't know if this guy's musings deserve to go in the satire section or a special 'the art of shamelessness' section along with the musings of some bhakts!

    the idiomatic and respectful expression in Urdu for burial or 'coming into contact with soil' is supurde khaak, which people use for their loved ones.

    has any devbandi ever buried his akabireen or loved ones and said 'mein apne shaykh/ ustad/ walid ko mitti/khaak mein mila kar aaya hun'?

    it seems keller knows better urdu than this moron. even he acknowledged no one will use this kind of language for his own father!
