If internet is any clue it does seem like that. However. when we look at the vote percentage, not once, as far as I know, has the BJP got more than 50 percent of the total vote share in any election. Few years back the Congress had won more seats than the BJP in a few states and it was only after they bought off the MLAs were they able to form government in those states. In the recently held UP election, BJP with all its hindutva rhetoric and talk of 80 vs 20, only managed around 42 percent of the total vote share. In fact, had BSP not contested SP might have gone on to win the election.

It may be argued that more than hindutva, the lack of leadership in the opposition is causing the BJP to win election after election. For instance in Delhi, even some 'nationalist' supporters of BJP vote for AAP in the state elections.

i'm actually quite surprised that linkedin is now the new facebook with all sorts of religious and political content floating around

coming to these dherhs, it's quite revealing how many supposed professionals, doctors, phd's, engineers, cxo's, senior managers in fortune 500 american firms, beghayrats working in khaleej, etc. are just braindead bhakts with so much pent up hatred and utterly jahil misinformation mixed together. suddenly an entire country is busy promoting a movie (kashmir files) allegedly about genocide of hindus!

rank hatred has emerged from their mouths, what their hearts conceal is far worse. (3:118)

perhaps i will not be able to furnish figures, but i feel that muslims are beginning to realise that that they have no allies in india. a handful of conscientious hindus are of no consequence so long as the majority keeps baying for our blood either overtly or by silent assent.

some points in this article make sense. karnataka has majority lingayats (who actually don't call themselves as hindus) and their leader is basava who was a social activist of his age and wanted a society without caste. this was the reason brahmins (i.e. hindutva/rss) couldn't get a foothold in the state until a lingayat leader (yeddy) saw an opportunity to mix politics with caste (lingayats are a majority and will vote for lingayat candidate) and thus ushered bjp in the state.

the gujarat duo are brushing aside community leaders and steamrollering alliances built in the ambition of creating a hindu rashtra that has no muslims in it. yeddy was humiliated and forced to stand down as the CM. it is a looming threat that he will have his pound of flesh.

Not that these token day-ism mean anything. India & France understandably unhappy with UN resolution.

hahah, I know tafzilis are well fed by this enemy of Islam.

if those before him were dogs (of kuffar), then he is a swine of qadiyanis.

come on! this idiot (niyazi) has disgraced Muslim ummah many times, his version of Islam is not Islam at all, but libralism and qadiyanism.
