This junagadh dargah was built in 1938, when land registration etc. were not needed for waqf properties. Mind you, Junagadh was a Muslim-ruled princely state, which was forcibly annexed in 1948 by India.

Now the abominable hindu-ruled municipality is claiming that it was built on government encroached land and has been threatening to demolish the dargah because the title deed papers are not in order.
