it is correspondence between mawlana abdul bari and alahazrat - series of letters back and forth, but compiled by mufti azam hind. it is said that after mawlana abdul bari repented and reverted, alahazrat ordered copies of this book to be destroyed - because "it was written to correct him. when he changed his ways there is no need for this to remain". but alHamdulillah, it was preserved - because it has insights that are extremely important in our age. i wish someone can annotate it.
Was the work written by Alahazrat or Mufti A'zam? Dr Mas'ud here says Alahazrat persuaded Mawlana 'Abd al-Bari to rethink the path he took.
