I read it many times but didn't see any problem with it; because, it is qualified with "with His name al -Tawwbah", so it can be interpreted favorably that it does not mean that Allah Subhanu wa Ta'ala manifests Himself with His Essence, rather He Subhanu wa Ta'ala fills the heart of the sinner with the noor of His name at-Tawwab, and makes him realize that Allah Ta'ala is All-forgiving.
