Aslamalikum There was some kind of myth involved in the "das bibi de khani" can't remember, soo many people read it, JazakAllah for informing us. Walikum Aslaam
from http://www.faizaneattar.net/Library/English/Islamic_Books/03/23/05.htm (14) 'Dastaan-e-Ajeeb', 'Shehzadey ka sar', 'Das Bibiyon ki kahani', and 'Janab e Sayyida Ki Kahani' etc. are all fabricated and false tales, one must avoid reading them. A pamphlet by the name of 'Wasiyyat Nama' (Will) mentioning the dream of a man called 'Shaikh Ahmad' is also circulated amongst Muslims, this is also fake. At the bottom it mentions the virtues of photocopying and distributing it and the harms of not doing this; one must not trust this either. --- also, after a few searches, i am finding that the das bibiyon ki kahani is related to shi'a teachings. and we all know that generally we are massively influenced by shi'a teachings.
no, it is not permissible to do khatam of 10 wives, it is just a fabrication, and our ulama forbid it. if i'm not forgetting, I read ala-hazrat too about this khatam, perhaps in malfuzaat or may be somewehre else.
Salaam all, yesterday my wife read the Khatam Shareef entitled "das bibi ki kahani", does any brother/sister know about this Khatam? Its read in urdu and you need 10 women present. I am a convert and don't really know about different Khatams so i'd be grateful for your input. JazaakAllaah
