So basically, if a psychiatrist diagnosed satanyahu or modi as a psycho and a megalomaniacal mass murderer, based on his public actions and sayings, he's not allowed to say it publicly lest he actually examine the psycho and has the psycho's consent! I see parallels in modern western shaykhs fanclubs and desi khanqahs, as well as devbandi culture!
