bro faqir, your series of posts about the dhaat and sifaat of Allah subhanuhu wa ta'ala are enlightening...masha'Allah. a brief summary of what you post regularly is the first chapter of bahar.e.shari'at which is kitab ul aqaid. bahar.e.shariat is mufti amjad ali a'zami's famous hanafi fiqh manual.

    The All-Hearing (Al-Sami')

Al-Halimi said: The meaning of "The All-Hearing" (al-Sami') is He Who perceives the sounds which creatures perceive with their ears, but without his having ears.

    The All-Seeing (Al-Basir)

The meaning of "The All-Seeing" (al-Basir) is He Who perceives the objects and colors which creatures perceive with their sights, without His having the organ of eye.
