http://www.sunnah.org/aqida/madad.htm junaidjam, pro-deobandi posts will continue to get deleted because we have discussed these issues many times before. all you're doing now is wasting our time. if you want to read our views on the deobandi statements of kufr, please search the archives. our brothers have explained our stance. what do you mean by murshid e kull?
What exactly you mean by "Ya Sheikh AbdAlQadir Shayii'ann lillah"? What do you mean by this? Hadhrat Haaji Saahib was murshid-e-kull and wouldn't have held a shirki beleive.
Can someone please simplfy the view of Shaykh Muhajjir? If the website that is being debated is the esteemed marifah.net then all i want to say is whoever doesnt support the website is a nimcompoop who should wear a dunce cap until he learns. What i mean by support doesnt have to be just finanacial. It can be through words or spreading its works.
If it is special to believe that deobandis are not sunnis, then thank you, it's nice to know that you think i am special. It was because of the efforts of Ala Hazrat Imam Ahmad Rida Khan against the deobandis (who made their non-sunni beliefs apparant to all) that people now refer to us as special.
oh, of course, but as you appeared to be some sort of spokesman for 'sunnis' I suspected you may be some sort of 'super sunni' apologies nonetheless i guess i shouldn't be expecting any contribution for the sake of Allah from a special sunni like you then?
i think you misread, i did not say why should "i", but sunnis, not rocket science to read a simple sentence.
Can someone simply the view of Shaykh Muajjir Makki from the extract from his book. I got a lilttle confused when i tryed to understand a part of it. Many Thanks
as-salamu `alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuhu akhil kareem, i have no idea which article on the main site you are referring to.... regardless, i do put up whatever I agree with or consider benificial - whatever the source - provided the specific content of the piece is sound [and in keeping with what I learn from my teachers.] occasionally i may also put up articles for academic purposes even where I do not agree with the content in its entirety. there may well be mistakes or errors within some of the articles also, and if there are then do let us know. of course, nobody is forcing you to contribute to the website. heck, if you don't like the site - don't visit it - its not rocket science i must say I am rather disappointed at your throwing in in the 'sunni' card. i count myself as a sunni as well, insha'allah - though perhaps i don't live up to the gold standard of your own personal sunni-ism! Alhamdulillah I am very thankful to all those brothers and sisters who HAVE contributed to the site and supported it - I pray ALLAH reward them in this life and the hereafter. Amin. was-salam
a bit off topic (not referring to Haji Sahib), but may i ask, why do you have deobandi articles on your website? as this is the case, why should sunnis contribute to it and support it?
as-salamu 'alaikum sidi here is the second image again.... please do translate it for us - we'll put it up on marifah.net - and mention your name asif...
subhanallah, now that is truly annoying. will see what I can do... i am annoyed i didnt save the original image to my computer
sidi i can see the first image but the second image is not showing anymore. the first image stops after the story of majnoon writing layla's name with his fingers in the sand... i'd be happy to translate it once the whole thing is available ie both images.
as-salamu 'alaikum I really do think this would be a useful addition to marifah.net but to be honest as it stands it is not suitable. I know you bros are busy but sidi naqshbandi jamaat / aqdas / abu nibras - could one of you refer back to the original and edit the above translation to make it read better? if you translate it then your name will be ackonwledged, of course. was-salam
as-salamu alaikum jazaakum allah khairan sidi! please do post your revision here maybe you can make it into a sunniport file
as-salamu alaikum brother abu nibras, sorry to trouble you again sidi.... any chance you could spend a few minutes brushing up the above translation?
