Some may quote Imam alNabhani رضى الله عنه

Please note that on pg. 400, al-Imam al-Nabhani رضى الله عنه refutes what was quoted on pg. 399… from what i can tell

 

Basically Shah Sahib Qibla says that
* When Hadrat Amir Muawiya رضى الله عنه and Hadrat Mawla Ali رضى الله عنه 's names are mentioned together, we say Ameer only for Mawla Ali رضى الله عنه and he references in passing fatawa ridawiyya sharif (vol 10)
* Hadrat Mawla Ali رضى الله عنه is in the seven heavens in taqabul to Hadrat Amir Muawiya رضى الله عنه and claims A'lahazrat has also written this


I could not find either of these in fatawa ridawiyya sharif itself. However, Hazrat Allama Saeed Asad رحمة الله عليه mentions this muqabla :

This comment about the name of Sayyidina Mawla Ali رضى الله عنه and Hadrat Amir Mu'awiya رضى الله عنه together , I have heard before from Hazrat Allama Sayyid Muzaffar Shah Sahib.

But the second one is news to me......
