Abu aleshba are imam
Video of the event, which I happened to attend.
Money Power Respect. Hanfia Masjid, Bradford -14th February 2015.
I AM STILL WAITING
Please note that I am not saying nor did I say that Shaykh Samir's salah or that of the jama'ah is invalid. I expressed surprise that he made that movement towards the microphone while in salah.
Dr Samir answers regarding prayer behind shia/najdi
shaikh asrar very briefly touches upon sharing the stage with deviants. (21:45)
1) To be honest i have not read it any classical book but i have listen to Shaykh Asrar talks
2) i would love someone to answer two of my questions though
a) If we follow the rule of you can sit with them then how can you tell the awwam "dont go to gateway or asims event with ninnowy or abdal hakim murad event! they'll just say "you dumb? mufti and sheikh so and so just had event with him"
DO WE AGREE OR DISAGREE?
b) scholars need to release an article or video telling people who the Sulla Kullis are. No point going on a big one about sh yaqoubi being sulla on here or in private, who will make a video?
Let's not forget many took fame from him and encouraged many to do baat with him so they are the ones most responsible for saying something.
Will they continue to watch these cult followers get destroyed whilst they themselves encouraged people to follow him. I understand they were not aware then but it's a clear danger now isn't it?
WHY ARE SCHOLARS NOT DOING THIS?
Hazrat Mufti Akhtar Raza Sahab has answered this question multiple times - one such answer is found HERE.
The issue I was highlighting is that if the Imam has the niyyah to speak into the mic so that his followers can hear him, then the salaah is invalid; he will attempt to make his voice reach the mic (almost for every verse, every change in Salaah position) - so he is involved in "amal e katheer".
But if the mic is sensitive, and the Imam does neither of the above, then it is valid - albeit with precautions and conditions, as explained by Hazrat TajushSharia.
so that those in the latter rows can hear the recitation. Use of microphone is disputed amongst scholars.
Apologies if i misunderstood your comment.
I said the same thing, that it is amal e qaleel, not amal katheer:
but since his niyyah is to make people hear his voice, the salaah becomes invalid. (that is precisely why he moved the mic closer).
The salah does not become invalid by moving the microphone. It would only become invalid if he did amal kathir.
The salah would only be invalid if the person leading were a Kafir or an innovator with kufr. Shaykh Samir is neither of those two, and neither is Asim.
The moment he moved the microphone (after Takbeer Tahreemah), his salaah became void - not because of "amal qaleel" - but because his niyyah is to make his voice heard by the public behind him. That is IF his Salaah was valid, in the first place.
LOL consider him a deviant? Allama Saab was at H4Y conference a few weeks after I suggest you watch the video.
What do you mean why is it a simple case of he wasnt aware? Do you think maybe because he wasnt?
Were you there? Do you know what took place? or when PAQ invited Allama Saab to come to the mic and Allama Saab refused? or when they all stood up at the end and Allama Saab refused to stand with them?
Those that know Allama Saab know his stance.
Would you be kind enough to answer my questions in the previous post?
Why hasn't he openly said that this was the case and I consider him a deviant?
Why is it just a simple case of 'He wasn't aware' ?
Why can't he release an official statement saying such?
Why did he sit there knowing a gustakh e sahab e kiram is there? Wouldn't it have been proper to leave when he did find out?
I think someone like Syed Irfan Shah Saab is more vocal on PAQ than I am
When Shah Saab was told - Shah Saab without even speaking to Allama Saab, turned around to the person and said I'm sure Allama Saab went without knowing PAQ would be there - what do you have to say about Syed Irfan Shah Saabs judgement on this matter?
Not only that Allama Saab has already clarified so what excuses not even sure why youve brought this up on this particular thread? was this some kind of a side track from the actual topic?
So the issue you have is with me being vocal about Molvi Asim? What is that I have said against Asim thats touched a nerve?
Its like agent-x being extremely vocal against PAQS on sunnaforum and then when his Shaykh sat with him on the stage. It was excuses galore.
I don't have anything personal against Mawlana Qamruzzaman or Agent-x but Agent-X is extremely vocal in speaking out against Imam Asim Sahib when someone could easily object to his Pir on the same issue.
Sacred, please define a sulha kulli from any of the works of authoritative scholars, then we will see who this actually applies to.
Apart from definition provide rulings pertaining to such a person.
You're going on here about this 'sulha kulli' concept that I would expect you to know what you are referring to. Otherwise you sound like an annoying winger on a forum.
I'm not entirely sure brother, I first got told there was a fatwa on him but didnt go into detail.
It was a few days later that one of Imam Asims friends txt me saying "Yes Imam sahib told me about the fatwa of kufr passed on him when he was in South Africa" That was his exact txt and I believe he was with Imam Asim at the time when he txt me
Are you talking about this? This particular one is not a fatwa of Kufr on sh ninowy. It does however mention him for some things he said.
I will just re-iterate a point I've made a few times now, before I retire for the night. It may be the case that these scholars do not view the controversial personalities as being deviated. This is not a response to anyone on here, but just a continuation of my previous point.
For instance: Forum X has a go at scholar A for inviting Scholar B or sitting with them, because they believe Scholar B to be an innovator or deviant. Now, what if Scholar A does not believe Scholar B to be what Forum X is alleging? What if Scholar A thinks that Forum X is the one whose got it wrong (for whatever reason) and not Scholar B?
It's one of the few reasons I can find for what's going on at the moment. But then again, even clear-cut 'Dajjals' in this day and age have followers in their tens of thousands.
