clearly he says that he bears witness that there is no god. ---- now any apologist of ghamdi - or the man himself - may try to explain this as: "illa Allah" is understood. and isn't the entire modus operandi of the ghamadi fitnah is that - take literal interpretations and spin on the current understanding of the written word.
