The environment of peace and ease in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as)

The environment of peace and ease in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as)

Like the cup fills with water, SO WILL EARTH FILL WITH PEACE. THERE WILL BE NO ENMITY LEFT BETWEEN ANY PEOPLE. ALL HOSTILITY, FIGHTING, AND ENVY WILL DISAPPEAR. ...(Sahih Muslim, 1/136)

... In the same way that Almighty Allah began Islam with us, so He will bring it to an end with him [Hazrat Mahdi (as)]. In the same way that they were freed from polytheism and enmity andTHEIR HEARTS WERE FILLED WITH FRIENDSHIP AND LOVE THROUGH ME, SO IT WILL BE AGAIN WITH THE COMING OF HAZRAT MAHDI (AS). (Al-Muttaqi al-Hindi, Al-Burhan fi Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir az-Zaman, p. 20)

... In his [Hazrat Mahdi’s (as)] time, THE GOODNESS OF GOOD MEN WILL GROW, AND EVEN THE BAD WILL BE TREATED WELL.(Al-Muttaqi al-Hindi, Al-Burhan fi Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir az-Zaman, p. 17)

The world filled with oppression and tyranny WILL OVERFLOW WITH JUSTICE AFTER HE [HAZRAT MAHDI (AS)] COMES. (Ibn Hajar al-Haythami, Al-Qawl al-Mukhtasar, p. 20)

[In Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) time] ALL ENMITIES, GRUDGE DISAPPEAR, the poison of each poisonous animal is drawn. Furthermore, a child puts his hand in the mouth of a snake but that snake does not give harm to it. A wolf becomes like a shepherd dog among a sheep herd. THE EARTH IS FILLED WITH PEACE AND SECURITY as if a bowl is filled with water. A single word (the word of tawhid) remains and people worship only Allah. WARRIORS LEAVE THEIR LOAD (THAT IS THEIR ARMS, WEAPONS ETC.)(Al-Sharani, Mukhtasar Tazkirah al-Qurtubi, pp. 496-497)

[In the age of Hazrat Mahdi (as)] THE SHEEP WILL GRAZE WITH THE WOLF AND CHILDREN WILL PLAY WITH SNAKES AND SCORPIONS BUT WILL COME TO NO HARM....(Ibn Hajar al-Haythami, Al-Qawl al-Mukhtasar fi `Alamat al-Mahdi al-Muntadhar, p. 43)

Hazrat Mahdi (as) is one of my people, andHE WILL FILL THE EARTH WITH TRUTH AND JUSTICE, just as it is now filled with cruelty and torture. (Sunan Abu Dawud, 5/93)

This (Amr) [Hazrat Mahdi (as)] WILL FILL THE EARTH WITH JUSTICE, just as people previously filled it with cruelty. (Sunan Ibn Majah, 10/348)

Hear the glad tidings of Hazrat Mahdi (as). He is one from Quraysh and from my Ahl al-Bayt. He will appear at a time when people are in disputes and social upheaval. HE [HAZRAT MAHDI (AS)] WILL FILL THE EARTH WITH JUSTICE AND COMPASSION, WHEN BEFORE HIM IT WAS FILLED WITH CRUELTY AND OPPRESSION. (Al-Muttaqi al-Hindi, Al-Burhan fi Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir az-Zaman, p. 13)

The Christian belief that the Prophet Jesus (صلى الله عليه وسلم) is the son of Allah -1

The Christian belief that the Prophet Jesus (صلى الله عليه وسلم) is the son of Allah (Allah is beyond this), is a grave error - 1

The Christianity that was born among the Jews living in the Holy Land developed as devout Jews who lived according to the law of the Prophet Musa came to follow the Prophet Jesus (صلى الله عليه وسلم). One characteristic of these Jews who followed the Prophet Jesus (صلى الله عليه وسلم) was that they believed in Allah as the one and only.

However, this monotheistic belief changed following the Prophet Jesus’ (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ascension into the sky and as Christianity spread into the pagan world, and the monotheistic belief that represented the basis of the law of the Prophet Moses (صلى الله عليه وسلم) underwent a major alteration. Because of the belief in the trinity that was subsequently made part of Christianity, the Prophet Jesus (صلى الله عليه وسلم) began to be regarded as divine (surely Allah is beyond that). The Christians in question began claiming that Almighty Allah appeared in the Prophet Jesus (صلى الله عليه وسلم) as a human body, and this belief spread widely.

Belief in the trinity is used in the sense of a belief in a tripartite Allah they maintain consists of “the Father, Son and Holy Ghost” (surely Allah is beyond that). (You can find further detail on the subject from here.) Led and supported by Constantine, the Roman emperor of the time, various people who wanted to alter Christian belief took passages from the Torah and the Gospels that mentioned “the son of God” and began using these as supposed evidence. The fact is, however, that the references to “the son of God” in the Torah and the Gospels are an excellent expression of the fact that all believers are beloved servants of Allah. This fact is made clear in the Gospel according to Matthew in the words,"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God" (Matthew, 5:9). This reference to the Prophet Jesus (صلى الله عليه وسلم) has the same meaning. The word “son” in the Gospels means a beloved servant of Allah, and not that the person is in fact the son of Allah (surely He is beyond that). This false and exceedingly dangerous belief that was made part of Christianity subsequently and was intended to destroy monotheistic belief gradually became the most important article of faith and precondition of Christianity, and those who rejected it were regarded as people who had abandoned the faith. Efforts were made, under the leadership of priests who espoused the trinity, to impose this mistaken belief on society by the use of force and pressure, and it was made part of Christianity by force. Anyone opposing belief in the trinity faced severe sanctions, and might be exiled or even killed. (You can read the historical details of how belief in the trinity was imposed on Christianity from here.)

The belief in the trinity that was subsequently included in Christianity, or the belief of the three in one as some Christians put it, appears nowhere in the Torah or the Gospels. There are no references to the trinity on the Gospels. Belief in the trinity, which grew as a superstition in this climate of duress and oppression, and the resulting description of the Prophet Jesus (صلى الله عليه وسلم) as the son of God, is a grave danger and serious error that some Christians are living alongside even today. In the Qur’an, Almighty Allah describes this claim as a monstrous thing and sets out the scale of the danger as follows:

They say, ‘The All-Merciful has a son.’
They have devised a monstrous thing.
The heavens are all but rent apart and the earth split open and the mountains brought crashing down,
at their ascription of a son to the All-Merciful!
It is not fitting for the All-Merciful to have a son.
There is no one in the heavens and earth who will not come to the All-Merciful as a slave. (Surah Maryam 88-93)

Genuine Christians must see this terrible danger. They must realize that the belief in the trinity that was added to the Gospels hundreds of years later and despotically imposed despite all resistance in a terrible climate of corruption is in fact in total conflict with the Gospels. You can find other statements on the subject in our subsequent articles.

It is important for genuine Christians to understand the true purpose behind the articles about Christianity on this site

The Gospel denies the belief in trinity

One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, "Of all the commandments, which is the most important?" "The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One." "Well said, teacher," the man replied. (http://www.awaitedmahdi.com/)

The hadiths of our Prophet (saas) provide very detailed information and signs about the End Times, which will occur shortly before Doomsday. According to these reports, several highly significant events will take place one after the other during this period. In the first stage of the End Times, terrible corruption and chaos will rule; in the second stage, these will be replaced by peace and security as people come to live by true religious moral values.

Our Prophet (saas) imparted glad tidings regarding the Mahdi, who will be sent during the End Times. For example, this great individual will liberate Muslims from cruelty and suffering; eliminate corruption; and usher in an era of peace, justice, plenty, happiness, and well being. According to reliable hadiths, he will return Islam, which has been distorted via superstitions and practices, to its true essence; meet with Prophet ‘Isa (as); and, by Allah’s will, will enable Islam’s moral values to prevail on Earth.

Economic crisis before the coming of the Mahdi

... From Abu Bashir: Imam Jaffari Sadiq (as) said:

THE PEOPLE WILL GO HUNGRY FOR A YEAR BEFORE THE COMING OF THE QAIM, AND A FEAR OF BEING SLAIN WILL ENFOLD THEM; they will suffer losses of goods, lives and assets. Allah writes this clearly in His book. He then added this verse: “We will test you with a certain amount of fear and hunger and loss of wealth and life and fruits. But give good news to the steadfast.”

    (Sheikh Muhammad bin Ibrahim Nomani, al-Ghaybah al-Nomani p. 297)

... From Ibrahim al-Karhi: Imam Jaffari Sadiq (as) told me:

... He is the Mahdi. Allah has given them miracles. He has given them place in the holy abode... O Ibrahim! After terrible troubles and scourges, fear and FAMINE, he will ELIMINATE ALL SORROW from the hearts of those who love the Ahl al-Bayt (People of the House). How happy those who live in his time will be!

The convergence of bazaar and market is a sign of the End Times. “What does the convergence of bazaars mean?” It means: Everyone will complain of low earnings....” (from Ibn Marduwayh Abu Huraira (ra)...)

    (Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Rasul Barzanji, Al-Isha'ah li-ashrat al-sa'ah, p. 146)

In a hadith narrated by Naim ibn Hammad from ibn Masud, the period preceding the appearance of the Mahdi is described as “the time when TRADE and roads are CUT and strife increases.” The hadith goes on to report that this will come to an end in the time of the Mahdi:

"… We came to seek that person (the Mahdi) BY WHOSE HAND STRIFE WILL BE EXTINGUISHED. CONSTANTINOPLE (ISTANBUL) WILL BE CAPTURED THROUGH HIM. (In other words, the Mahdi will spiritually capture hearts and establish a huge cultural intellectual impact.) We recognize him by his name, and his mother and father’s names, and his army…"

    (Al-Burhan fi Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir al-Zaman, p. 52)

Before the Mahdi appears, TRADE AND ROADS between nations WILL BE CUT and strife among people will grow.

    (Ibn Hajar al-Haythami, Al-Qawl al-Mukhtasar fi `Alamat al-Mahdi al-Muntazar, p. 39)

(Before the emergence of the Mahdi) StagnatIon IN THE MARKETS, A REDUCTION IN EARNINGS…

    (Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Rasul Barzanji, Al-Isha'ah li-ashrat al-sa'ah, p. 148)

Everyone COMPLAINING OF LOW EARNINGS... the rich respected for their money...

    (Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Rasul Barzanji, Al-Isha'ah li-ashrat al-sa'ah, p. 146)

Business being slack. Everyone will complain, “I cannot sell, buy or earn money.”

    (Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Rasul Barzanji, Al-Isha'ah li-ashrat al-sa'ah, p. 152)

Mahdi is one of the sayyids (masters) of the dwellers of paradise

Khakim, Ibn Majah and Abu Naim reported from Anas ibn Malik that: “I have heard from the Messenger of Allah (saas), he said, “WE ARE -- THE SEVEN CHILDREN OF ABD AL MUTTALIB -- THE MASTERS OF THE DWELLERS OF PARADISE. Myself, Hamza, Ali, Jaffar, Al Hassan, Al Hussain and AL MAHDI.

Hazrat Mahdi (as) will not be influenced by anyone, by any idea or any sect

… Don’t you know that except the Qaim (Hazrat Mahdi (as)) behind whom the Prophet Jesus (as), son of Mary will perform the prayer, all of us from the Ahl al-Bayt will have the oath of allegiance to that time’s taghoot [every entity, power, demon that do not recognize the domination of Allah] on them [irreligion will prevail during the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as), almost everyone will fall under this system]? Almighty Allah will conceal his appearance and hide his person. THUS WHEN HE APPEARS NOBODY’S OATH OF ALLEGIANCE WILL LIE ON HIM... (Sheikh al-Saduq, Kamal al-Din, Vol.1, p. 305)

Hasan ibn Munzir narrates from Zurara that Imam Jaffar Sadik stated: “I swear that your owner [Hazrat Mahdi (as)] will eventually appear AND WILL HAVE NOBODY’S OATH OF ALLEGIANCE ON HIM. (Sheikh Muhammad ibn Ibrahim Numani, al-Ghaybah al-Numani, p. 402)
Ibrahim ibn Omar Yamani says: Imam Abu Abdullah stated: “When the Qaim [Hazrat Mahdi (as)] comes, HE WILL APPEAR WITH NO-ONE’S OATH OF ALLEGIANCE ON HIM.” (Sheikh Muhammad ibn Ibrahim Numani, al-Ghaybah al-Numani, p. 218-219)

Isa ‘Ibn Maryam, will descend, and recite the daily prayer behind Mahdi. (Al-Burhan fi `Alamat al-Mahdi, p. 78)

In Musannaf of Ibn Abi Shayba, Ibn Shirin narrated. He said:
The Mahdi is one of this community and will serve as imam to the Prophet ‘Isa (as). (Jalaladdin as-Suyuti, Al-Burhan fi Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir al-Zaman, Al-Muttaqi al-Hindi, p. 79)

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (saas) observed: “What will be your state when the son of Maryam descends amongst you and there is an Imam amongst you?” (Sahih Muslim, Book 001, Number 0290)

Jabir ibn 'Abdullah reported: “I heard the Messenger of Allah (saas) say: ‘One section of my people will not cease fighting for the Truth and will prevail till the Day of Resurrection. ‘Isa son of Maryam will then descend, and their (the Muslims') commander will invite him to come and lead them in prayer, but he will say: No, some amongst you are commanders over others (amongst you). This is an honor from Allah for this Ummah.’” (Sahih Muslim, Book 001, Number 0293)

While their Imam is going forward to lead the people in the Salat al-Subh (the morning prayer), 'Isa son of Maryam will descend. The Imam will step back, to let 'Isa lead the people in prayer, but 'Isa will place his hand between the man's shoulders and say, “Go forward and lead the prayer, for the Iqamah was made for you.” So the Imam will lead the people in prayer… (Ibn Majah, Kitab al-Fitan, Tradition No. 4077, 2: 1363)

Pleasant words from the Gospel - E Book

This book you are reading only uses some of the extracts from the Gospel that are compatible with the Qur'an and the Sunna of our Prophet Muhammad (may God bless him and grant him peace).

As revealed in the Qur'an, the Gospel, Torah, Psalms and the pages of Abraham are books sent down to prophets who lived in the past. Some of these books have disappeared, while others have been altered or distorted. But they nevertheless contain a great many correct pronouncements belonging to the true faith. Muslims analyze these according to the Qur'an and the Sunna [teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (may God bless him and grant him peace)] and decide that they are correct statements compatible with verses and the hadith. Therefore, statements in the Torah and the Gospel that conform to the Qur'an and the Sunna are statements that Muslims can benefit from. But the essential precondition is for these statements to be in agreement with the verses of the Qur'an and the hadiths.
