http://www.razanw.org/modules/sunnibooks/item.php?itemid=105&page=0 i have a hard copy of the book and my copy says that mawlana wrote the book in arabic called madinat al-ilm and it was translated into urdu and named shahr yaar e ilm. it is regarding the ilm e ghayb given to rasulAllah sallAllahu 'alaihi wasallam and has a discussion on ulum al-khamsa too. --- from page 31, there is a discussion about istidraak. --- it is a comprehensive guide to what ahlu's sunnah believe regarding the issue.
