i know, but the point is that such hyperbolic statements are made by people of all religions who are sinners according to their religion. of course we don't expect hindus to have tafaqquh that sinfulness doesn't make one a kafir, and people of all religions take care of the last rites of those who die in their religion. did they ask the sikhs to deny the last rites to indira gandhi's killers, or the n number of khalistani freedom fighters? what about the long list of CONVICTED HINDU felons and rapists the supreme court has pardoned - did anyone mention them and their last rites? plus the main question - who is the dahshatgard here? is it conclusively proven beyond any shadow of doubt already? who has the courts convicted? fact of the matter is that these are a supremely low class people who have a bad habit of meddling into other people's business - and they're doing it too much with Muslims, thanks to Muslims giving them a free hand and actually inviting these wretches into their circles (devbandis being the champions of it), and all this started in the congress days of bhaichara! if anyone doesn't deserve Muslim last rites and burial in Muslim graveyards - it's the open murtads of bollywood and a long list of politicians too who bow to idols!
