Yes Sorry, I may have caused some confusion. In his speech, Prof. Majidullah mentioned that he had included this anecdote in his book - the books PDF was released yesterday, so I went looking for the anecdote in there. What I found was the anecdote itself, but not the detailed breakdown of how he arrived at that calculation. That’s what I was expecting, but it doesn’t seem to be provided.
so it is a circular reference. i thought you were providing reference. --- i have not seen this mentioned elsewhere. however, going by the first hand account of the scribe (i.e. sadru'sh shariah) it was spread over a few months - and also longer sessions. see the bio by mufti abdul mannan azmi.
Nisab e Tahaffuz e Iman - Professor Majidullah Qadiri https://drive.google.com/file/d/13Orh6b-mteskHG5qNnvtvfaCA-roVe5C/view It's the book he released at the convention I linked below
At around the 13 minute mark, Prof. Majidullah says that according to this research, the entire Kanz was dictated in just 40 sessions/gatherings [nishist] and these lasted an hour or less. If anyone has come across a reference or source confirming this, I would appreciate learning about it to properly cite this extraordinary feat.
They have directly attacked or supported chaman and rafizi shah post-attack, or just provided immoral support behind the scenes pre-attacks? Just curious
Read this Chaman, Riyaz, Irfan, Nabeel. This is the end for you. You've attacked Alahazrat so I don't see goodness for you after this.
thanks for your suggestion. our reviewers were also of this opinion; abu nibras wanted it at least for one more point; but i had to meet a deadline so i let it be for the time being. we will do that in sha'Allah in v2.0 wa billahi't tawfiq.
May Allah bless the author with a long and pious life for this beautiful gift. May I suggest that examples are given for each and every point such that we can be more amazed at the meticulous detail with which Alahazrat wrote this masterpiece? Some points are furnished with great examples but some are left without an example.
changelog: two typos have been fixed (the prayer in the last line تعالى). 12-oct-2021. some more corrections and in a couple of places replacement of words to read better. nothing major. === also, a reminder (as this might have been buried in the older posts). aqdas has also translated a useful article on kanz attached in this post.
جزاك الله خيرا for this wonderful gift. May Allah reward the author and all those involved in its publishing. May we continue to benefit from you mawlana @abu Hasan
