i have read somewhere that if you go to sleep while reciting this verse in your heart, insha Allah wa bi idhniAllahi ta'ala you will be rewarded with the blessed sight of our Master 'alaihi afdalus salat wat-tasleem.

ala-'hazrat has said somewhere, that if you want to see RasoolAllah 'alaihi afdalus salat wat-tasleem in your dream, and you recite any durood sharif as a wazeefah, you should do this only with the intention of sending blessings upon him and by Allah's willing and magnanimity of his prophet 'alaihi afdalus salat wat-talseem you will be bestowed with his beautiful vision.

may Allah subh'ano wa ta'ala bestow us all with our Master's ('alaihi afdalus salat wat-tasleem) vision (amen)

I was reading through this book this morning and wanted to share something with you all.

The 44th mean of seeing the Messenger of Allah SalAllahu Alaihi Wasallam in our dreams. [The means are extracted from 'Al-qubul fi wusul ila r'uyati Sayyidina Rasul']

Sayyidina Habib Ahmad Mashur al Haddad may Allah be pleased with him and make us benefit from him, said that one of the lovers of the Prophet SalAllahu Alaihi Wasallam came to him and asked him for the vision of the Messenger of Allah SalAllahu Alaihi Wasallam in a dream, so he told him to recite the following verse from the Burda ten times, reciting after each verse blessings upon the Messenger of Allah SalAllahu Alaihi Wasallam. After following his instruction, he saw the Messenger of Allah SalAllahu Alaihi Wasallam.

    نَعَمْ سَرَى طَيْفُ مَنْ أَهْوَى فَأَرَّقَنِي

    وَالحُبُّ يَعْتَرِضُ اللَّذَّاتَ بِالأَلَمِ

"Yes, thoughts of the beloved came to me at night and kept me awake
And love transforms pleasure into pain"

    Allahu Akbar.

[Some scholars have said that the above should be recited 40 times. P375. Key to Arriving at the Door of the Messenger by Shaykh Muhammad Sadiq al Alawi]

Oh beloved of the Lord, hear my greeting, hear my call
Bless this seeker of your love with the vision of you.

    Salat al-Aali al-Qadar

    Salat al-Aali al-Qadar:

Allahumma salli wa sallim wa barik'ala Sayyidina Muhammadin-Nabiyyil Ummiyyil Habeebil Aali al Qadaril Azeemil jaahi wa'ala Aalihi wa Sahbihi wa Sallim
~ Imam as Suyuti has mentioned that whosoever is persistent with this salutation every Thursday night, even if read only once, then the Prophet SalAllahu Alaihi Wasallam will lay him down into his grave when he passes away....

    * Shaykh Sadiq is originally from Uganda, currently residing in Blackburn, UK
    * Shaykh Sadiq accompanied Habib Mashur (ra) for over 40 years.
    * He is one of around 300 people in the world right now who are khalifas of Habib Mashur, he has the ijaza to accept baya on behalf of Mashur Haddad, so anyone takes baya with Shaykh Sadiq its as if they took baya with Habib Mashur.

    AssalamuAlaikum wa Rahmatullah,

I am helping distribute a masterpiece of a book titled "The Key to Arriving at the Door of The Messenger (SalAllahu 'alayhi wasallam) by Shaykh Muhammad Sadiq al Alawi. It’s in 2 volumes. Volume 1 in Urdu and Volume 2 in English, all the salawat and du’as are in Arabic with Urdu or English translation.
Both volumes are £43 inc. P & P. If you would like to purchase a set, please PM me.
Just to give you an idea of the contents - Volume 2 has 4 sections.

Section 1 is on The Greatness of Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alayhi wasallam) includes chapters - The benefits of invoking blessings upon the Messenger (sal Allahu alayhi wasallam), The noble features, Glimpses of the Beauty of His noble form, His parents, His noble lineage (sal Allahu alayhi wasallam).
Section 2 is the salutations of Imam al-Haddad, 60 pages of his salawat and qasidas.

Section 3 is on the salawat of the awliya - includes the salawat of Imam Nawawi, Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani, Habib Mashur al-Haddad, Imam Shadhili, Mawlana Abdus Salam ibn Mashish and many more.
And Section 4 is the priceless part; it contains salutations that lead to the vision of the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu ‘alayhi wasallam). 44 means in total!

The monetary value of the book does not do it justice, Shaykh Sadiq said on the day of the book launch that this book is worth more than the whole world and all the wealth in it.
The book was released in June 2006. Quite a few brothers and sisters have said they have seen Prophet (sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam) in their dreams and one person said they saw Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alayhi wasallam) whilst awake.
