i no longer believe that some of the Arab so-called shuyukh just signed it in good faith without reading. the movement has actually taken the pains to translate this zandaqah into Arabic

 

fact of the matter is that if one considers those common word scoundrels to be scholars (minus those who just signed in good faith without looking at or reading the rag) and their words as hujjah, it can indeed be used to justify the rubbish that the padri spews.

that same team also says, just like the padri, that the Prophet "invited" or "asked" (check the site for the exact word to that effect) the christians of najran to pray according to their religion in his mosque, wal 3eyadhu billah

fact of the matter is that these scoundrels are simply scholars for dollars and ALL together an organized crime gang. they are bought and paid for by the vatican and for a few crumbs that the kuffar throw at them, they do evangelical work for christianity, calling it "Islam"

may Allah cause them to fall flat on their faces, just like the idols that were in the Ka3bah

what political correctness? i was thinking the same thing too, in fact i was trying my best to reconcile all the gaffes to genuinely look for some good and fantastic reason for his behavior; until i saw/heard the words "his holiness" and "brothers" come out of his mouth and website. (admitted, youtube videos can be doctored and websites can be hacked. if that is the case, it will probably be known and he should himself be the first one to refute such atrocities)

this so-called teacher of "adab", "ihsan" and "tazkiya" has shown very openly who and what he considers "holy" and who and what exactly his "adab" "ihsan" and "tazkiya" are for. and who exactly his "brothers" are.

that's not just politically correct anymore. that's going the whole 9 yards. it's game over.

some people will still find fault with us for our lack of "adab" to this brother of christians, but even they will have an extremely tough time coming up with elaborate theories to justify this in light of the shari3ah. the dumb ones will of course have a standard answer that whatever their celebrity shaykh says, is law and they are above and beyond being reproached. anything that disagrees with them is wahabism or simply from the devil, no matter how many books of orthodox scholars you show them. politicians will of course build elaborate straw men and burn them down, without even addressing the real issue.

 

to be fair, we tried to find an excuse for him before. jafri walks a very delicate line of political correctness.

in hindsight, that was unnecessary; and in my defence, i was focusing mostly at the 14.10 mark wadood was complaining about. perhaps it is fair to concede that wadood was right at that time.

on this page they give details. such a setting is a great avenue for da'wa, perhaps for experts like shaykh yaquobi. it will bring out the fact that islam is so whole and complete in all respects and all of its parts fit so perfectly to form a mosaic of unsurpassed beauty and elegance that anything resembling 'deen-e-ilahi' would only serve to befoul it.
