How do you know she is a "scholar"? The link says Off late I have been very fearful of this term" moderate". If you shave, wear tight jeans and give an opinion contrary to the majority view, you might be called a "moderate muslim". And those who relate "moderate muslims" with 'sufis" should know that sufis were moderate in delaing people, in their approach, not in practicing Islam. In fact , the sufis, followed even the mustahibbat very strictly. She seems to be from UK. May be brothers from UK can tell us more.
