Sidi Abu Abbas, how do you substantiate that Sh Muhammad al-Mulla was a Wahhabi?

I am happy to be corrected but he studied with Sayyid 'Abbas al-Maliki, Shaykh 'Umar Ba Junayd, Sh Umar al-Mahrasi and Shaykh Muhammad Abd al-Hayy al-Kattani who were certainly Sunni.

Sidi AbdalQadir, I could be mistaken since it is not my Tariqah but I trust that the Shaykh that I know would not take from a non-sunni. I follow the way of Habib 'Umar whom practically everyone regrads as a person of Taqwa and Sunnah...

i never made any concrete statements and just said what i saw on a google search... surely google isn't a hujjah and i conceded that that was all ... thats why i deliberately used words like "if" "apparently" and "seems to" ... but another poster's comments did seem to sway my opinion more to one side...

insha Allah you can open another thread and talk about Sheikh Ahmad ibn Idris and comment on that book too (and at the time of posting I had only seen the page in question, so even the book might as well go to his favor)

Sidi Abdal Qadir, the part about rejecting Madhahib was referenced on Wikipedia to Scot Kugle who is openly homosexual.

One of our Shaykhs who is a Naqshabandi also has Ijazaat from the Qadiri, Shadhili and Idrisi Turuq. He is a Sunni Ash'ari Shafi'i malaysian...

I have changed my opinion. This Muhammad al-Mulla of al-Ahsa is a Wahhabi and a supporter of Ahmad bin Idris (another Wahhabi) and Molvi Shaukani (another Wahhabi)

May Allah save us from the Wahhabis and all other Bad-Mazhab people.

This Molwi Ameen from Multan is a Devbandi-Najdi Sullah Kulli and has said things that are Kufriya. Stay 100000 miles away from him. As for the teacher of this gustakh Mullah, I actually am going to take back what I said earlier. I'll actually agree with Ibn `Amin that the Idrisis are Wahhabis in disguise.

In conclusion, this Molwi Ameen is a KAFIR and a GUSTAKH and a SULLAH KULLI. Stay away from him.

The teacher of Molvi Ameen Saheb is Shaykh Muhammad Mulla, a Sunni Arab scholar from al-Ahsa. However, Molvi Ameen Saheb is a non-Sunni and should be avoided at all costs.

This man is everything but a sunni. So he should be avoided no matter what. I heard in of his speeches where he says "it has come to him" that everyone should keep the tafsir of "Shaykh al-Islam" Shabbir Uthmani "radi Allahu anhu" and regard is as "more than fard" to follow. And no one should find fault in Ashraf 'Ali Thanwi.

According to my little research the silsila idrisia in 18XX was started by a wahhabi-influenced man, that wanted to attract people through anashid reciting.

This growing sect has a number of members in Copenhagen, Denmark, all young boys, and they attract people through gatherings of dhikhr and naat.
