zakat for dawah

Lets still give Shaykh QaraDawi the benefit of the doubt, even though he sometimes visits Qatar

 

Assalamu alaikum brother,

zakat for dawah is not allowed according to the four madhabs. Only come contemporary scholars have allowed it, like Sheikh Yusuf Al-Qardawi.
